This property had a great location although it was a bit hard to find! It is down a small alleyway so if you are driving you must be looking out for that. The shower is super large and really great to use. The beds were relatively comfortable. The staff were friendly.Overall for the location and actual cost it provided great value for money

I felt that we were very close to the next-door neighbour in the room 205A! We could hear them showering and going to the toilet and And texting throughout the night… It was a bit odd but we still managed to sleep. I would suggest asking for a room that’s on the other side of the building if you are booking.

This was a treasure found last minute! Wonderful hotel with everything you can possibly need and more. Common areas and room were very aesthetic and stylish. Room was comfy with very generous bathroom - a treatment which is very welcomed during travels. Kind stuff who made sure we have everything we need. I was positively surprised that any kind coffee (even with a plant-based milk) from a legit espresso machine was included in breakfast, which is not usually the case, and of course an espresso/cappuccino is incomparable to a drip coffee/coffee from a machine. Overall great value for money, would visit again in case I would find myself in Trapani.

The natural light in a building which is situated in a very narrow street in the old part of Trapani is a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is outstanding. Breakfast staff and receptionists were all very helpful and polite.

I would have appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities which one finds in other places. It would be better if breakfast is served earlier than 8.00 especially when one has to catch an early flight or train. To be fair we were still served when we went to the breakfast room at 7.45 as we had to catch the 8.30 bus to Palermo.

Location is 'quirky' - down a side street but is pretty close to the centre of the town. The hotel was spotless, the lady on reception was excellent, the room was very comfortable and pleasant. Street parking is very difficult (other than for check-in) but the hotel had a valeted parking scheme that was very good. Directions to the hotel were good but I missed the final turn and had to go round the block again!

The street is very narrow and although there are plenty of signs for the hotel, some are aimed at travellers on foot rather than by car. Not a huge problem.

I didn't have breakfast as I was going out to enjoy my day. The room was absolutely lovely and enjoyed it very much. The location was good, I needed my google maps to find it but that was straight forward. I have told all my friends how nice your hotel is. Room 201 I also left comments in your book at reception..

Can't think of anything. I like to make a cup of tea and asked if I could have a kettle, which you provided, so it was perfect, I could put my milk in the little fridge to keep it fresh. This makes my stay even more perfect!

Hotel San Michele’s location in Trapani was ideal, with excellent restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of pastries, local fruits and meats, yogurt, and cereals—something to please everyone. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, and elevator access made reaching our floor convenient. This charming hotel is truly a gem where you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

Finding the hotel isn't the easiest but Trapani is calm and friendly and we soon found help to get us to the hotel in a quiet backstreet. Its location is also completely in its favour - tucked away but absolutely in the heart of the old city with the furthest tip of the town just a 15 minute walk away. This beautiful hotel is a mixture of old and very modern with its delightful quiet courtyard that will be cool in Summer. San Michele is really very stylish. The colour palette that extends to the tiles in the exceptional bathrooms is inspiring. Breakfast in the lovely downstairs salon was superb. Service was attentive and very helpful. By paying a small fee our hulking hire car was taken away and brought back when we wanted it. Luggage can be left in a locked area after checkout. San Michele is an oasis of style and comfort in this extraordinary city. We ate at busy, friendly Bar Jabir on the Corso. We really can't wait to go back to San Michele.

Very quiet location in the middle of a busy city. Modern, comfortable room with a nice bath. Well integrated into the buildings. The entry is in a very narrow road, 5min walk from the center of old Trapani, 15min from the train station. There is a train to the Falcone Borsellino Airport and Palermo.

Parking is difficult, as there is only public parking available approx. 10min away by the harbor. Need to fill meter, 1€/h. No need to book breakfast if you you are happy with a cornetto and a cappuchino. Many Cafe's in walking distance. No laundry service. There is a laundry in old Trapani, but they do 24h turn-around at best. The laundromat near the train station is great for getting to know some of the local immigrant population and their plight....

Very nice lodging close to everything. It’s a little tricky to find, but it’s a gem. Breakfast is excellent, served by a very pleasant,hard-working young woman. Shower and water pressure is the best ever. Staff was kind and helpful.

Perfect, very convenient location- centro storico, close to the port, bus stops, extraordinary friendly and helpful staff, plentifull and delicious breakfast, very clean, nice furnished room with large and comfortable bathroom. We would choose this hotel again.

the bed was a bit uncomfortable - the mattress was too soft for us, from time to time a noise of unknown origin was heard in room 207
