Very warm welcome on arrival and we were given lots of information about the area and getting around. We even got a welcome drink and a room upgrade which was lovely! The team was so friendly and extremely helpful. We don't speak very good Italian and so the staff helped us arrange taxis and dinner (we don't drive unfortunately). Our room was exceptionally clean and even had a mini bar which was handy. Very good prices too! It was also nice having a pool for those lazy days which was very quiet most of the time. I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful service and how helpful they were. Nothing was too much trouble and you made our stay that extra bit special!

The hospitality of the owners is beyond exceptional—they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect and that I felt truly welcome and comfortable. Whether it was offering great local tips or simply having a nice chat, they always made time and showed genuine care. It’s hard to put into words the good vibes and warm atmosphere they create—you really have to come here and experience it for yourself. The place has a special charm that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.

We usually don't look for hotels during our trips - at least not as a first choice. This one caught our attention and, as a last minute booking, I have to say we were not disappointed. Everything was very clean. The room had plenty of space. The balcony had a hanger for wet clothing - useful after a dip in the pool. Talking about the pool, it is located just beside, a 10 seconds walk. There is also a free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast - buffet style - is generous and various. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them for a restaurant recommendation.

Not the prettiest neighborhood but, not that bad.

This was our second stay at rainbow resort as we loved it the first time we stayed a few years ago. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is a family fun buissness and all the hosts were so friendly and polite. They speak English as well which always helps. We got a room upgrade which was really spacious with a balcony.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The way the hotel is built is quiet open so the noise travels quite a bit dogs barking, doors opening just nosie like that.

Hosts were welcoming, the a/c in bedroom and apartment were nice and cold. Rooms exceptionally clean. Large bedroom and comfortable bed . The kitchen/dining area looked like it had supplies though we did not use it. When checking in the owner provided detailed information for around the town. There was a pool though didn’t use it but looked lovely and clean. Parking right in front of the accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Daisy and her family are very welcoming and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. Knowledge of the area was provided and also take away services for meals were to hand. They sell very good Italian wine including Grillo and Marsala. The terrace was amazing and seeing the sunset from it was brilliant ( ask for the Rubino room)! The pool was a real highlight. There is a fridge in the room too which is also a bonus. The key thing was cleanliness and it was squeaky clean. Don't let the location away from Marsala or Trapani centre put you off, it's a beautifully quiet area to be explored. Will return in season when more local things are open.

Stayed there for 1 night before departure from Sicily. The location is 15 minutes drive from the airport and covers the needs for the matter. Very nice and helpful personnel that supported with arrangement of taxi for a 6am departure for the airport (Uber or similar services don’t exist in Marsala area) and supported with taxi contacts how to get from Marsala. The property is easily reachable by train, yet you are dependant on the schedule. Best to have a car. The pool and garden area where an absolute highlight of the stay - well maintained and pleasant!

No dinner options in hotel or surronding area (only one restaraunt 300m that is closed on Mondays). My room was very basic and had everything, so don’t get too excited by the rest excellent reviews as it is still a 3 star hotel. Good value for the money however!

Firstly the lovely welcoming owners , comfort and cleanliness of facilities.the location close to eateries and everything we wanted to see or do.Daisy was better than a tourist centre with lots of great information she helped shape our holiday.the parking was free and secure.Grest breakfast to get you going. I highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing All great..

The room was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived the owner upgraded us with a large balcony room.the customer service was the best we ever experienced. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. We also were informed of all the different attraction the city offered. We were given advice on where to go. We enjoyed our stay so very much.

From the moment we rang the buzzer to gain entry to the time we departed we were treated like royalty. Even a small taste of Marsala on arrival. The position, rooms, outdoor area with pool and breakfast area were modern, well maintained and so inviting. I could have stayed here a whole week. Best spot to stay in Marsala as it so close to the island, salt pans and beautiful marine environment. Loved it!!!
