All good. Nice, clean, and good facility. Breakfast in sweet style. Good coffee. Water and juices in the fridge. Nice, frendly, and helpfull housekeeper Francesco. Good to came with car because location is bit far from the cities. There are bicycles ready to use also.

For a budget accomodation, very good value for money. Everything was fine, I had a comfortable room. What I enjoyed was to get a bicycle to go around (I was going kiting).

Very nice quiet place , the owner is really helpful, picking me up from the station , also solving some issue with the room and offering me the bike even for some days that I could not stay there. I recommend this place! they also have the kite surfing school if you want to learn kite surfing there , the spot is very good because less crowded that other areas with much more kiters.

We had a wonderful stay with francesco at the kite house. We stayed 10 days and would do it again. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are bicycles available free of charge for the whole time. The associated kite school is only about 5 minutes away by bike and is also highly recommended. We would come back anytime.

Everything is clean and well kept. Real Italian breakfast which I loved and the area is lovely. would definitely come back to stay there again. The room has airco which was highly needed and we could even wash our clothes. Five stars all around.

actually we didn’t totally like the breakfast formula but it can be acceptable the open kitchen. It would be appreciated to have a dish washing machine

The patio area was communal but shaded from the sun. The bed room was ok and having an ensuite was a bonus where the room next to us had theirs across the hallway.

We were met not by the host but one of is workers, he showed us around but to our surprise we had to share the kitchen area with other guests. It was not made clear that it was a shared facility in the booking instructions. The parking is very limited and if you park early you could be blocked in. The TV did not work in our room when asked the ariel was broken and wasn't sure when it would be fixed. I had the impression the accommodation was closer to the water than it was but I put that down to me not checking the map.
