Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great location to explore Trapani. Short walk to the historic part of town. Salvatore made contact with us before arrival and arranged airport transfer. He was very helpful throughout and lent us the correct plug adapter, we brought the wrong one!

Fridge was a nice addition. As tea drinkers we would have loved a kettle and a couple of cups. Scicilians clearly don't drink tea. No way of making any hot drinks. We made use of the communal terrace which was pleasant but quite dusty.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Kitchenette in the room made everything very convenient. The room had a balcony onto the main thoroughfare. Despite not being able to fix the safe, staff were very friendly and informative. Super helpful with helping us navigate a new city. Staff made bookings on our behalf as well.

No lighting in communal areas, like the stairs, so at night you're climbing in the dark. The safe in the room didn't work, the hotel staff tried to fix it but couldn't. Didn't get anyone in to fix it during the stay.

Very centralised and good location. We managed to eat at the il Tortellino underneath the apartments and I highly recommend that you reserve a table. The chef preprepared fresh local Dentici (Snapper) alla Siciliana and it was amazing 👏 compliments to the restaurant staff in general.

We were in the front rooms on tthe main road and the sound of the cars was overwhelming.

Excellent location. Nearby two bakeries with great options for breakfasts, different shops and about 15 minutes walk to the historic center and the beach. Nearby a really good restaurant for dinner (La Tavernetta) Very clean apartment with everything needed. Beds very comfortable with a nice shower with great pressure. Woudl absolutely stay here again

Salvatore was super friendly and helpful during the whole stay. The place was clean and organized. There is a small fridge in the location where you can keep water bottles and others, which was super useful.

The property totally excedeed my expectation: supercomfy beds and pillows, huge bathroom (as big as the room), silent aircon, good taste in interior decoration. Salvatore was always helpful for any issue through whatsapp. Bar and restaurant available at the main floor. I would definitely go back!

no breakfast included however right next door a bakery and cafe that are fantastic...bakery even has fantastic dinner at great prices.

Sometimes hard to get desk help....there part time but when there FANTASTIC.

- The property is located on the main street with many shops and bars around. I particularly recommend the bar downstairs, it was really nice. Also a grocery store is not far away. - Can't say that I loved the neighbourhood, since it's quite a walk to all hallmarks, however, it's the best location for taking the airport bus - the stop is right downstairs, and it's very convenient if you have an early morning flight. - The room also has a terrace, but it's not completely separated from the neighbours' terrace - it's more like a common terrace. - Free bottle of water in the fridge. - A spacious bathroom.

It would be better if the terrace was separated between rooms, otherwise it's no fun to use it when your neighbours are also there.

Very close to the bus stop to Palermo, cause I have complicated itinerary and my next destination is Siracuse with changing the bus in Palermo . Facility is modern, Salvatore provided everything what I requested.

Maybe a small carpet in bathroom will be very helpful because of walk in shower. Water sometimes goes out in bedroom too.
