Good and helpful communication from Ingrid ahead of our stay (restaurant recommendations, how to access the hotel / room out of hours). The hotel is located c15 - 20mins walk from the Old Town but there are regular buses close by. The rooms are pretty basic but are large with a double bed, small table, sofa and TV (with Sky). Equally the bathroom was large but just with a small shower cubicle (usual for Italy we understand). Breakfast is available for a small fee (5 euros per person) and although there is limited selection (cereals, yogurts, cheese and meat and toast along with tea & coffee) it was enough to set us up for the day. The service from all the team was very good - constantly checking in with us to see if we were ok / needed any help.

Some of the rooms overlook a busy street and this can be noisy - it was a bit of a walk to get into the Centre.

Very nice place, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy. Close to the beach and very close to the bus stop. I highly recommend . Definitely a great place to stay when you visit Trapani.

Very modern and clean Hotel. Ingrid is a beautiful and very helpful Host. Everything was absolutely perfect. Big bathroom, little kitchen, balcony and good bed. You are in historic Trapani very quickly. Free parking just around the corner.

Sometimes a little noisy at night and in the morning due to the main road close by.

The location is nice and feels safe. The rooms are also very nice size.

The lighting in the bedroom is very dim. While we had balcony/city view, they were both covered by construction outside.

This was definitely the best part of our honeymoon. We stayed in the Aurora suite which is a very luxurious and modern room/apartment (the pictures don’t do it justice). The suite is very spacious and includes everything you need including a washing machine! To top it off Ingrid (host) was amazing, communicated well, helped us navigate the city and answered all our queries. We’d like to say a big thank you to Ingrid (host) and highly recommended Map Holiday Residence! Would definitely come back!

It was possible to check in at 10am. Also, staff and all facilities were perfect.

Was not possible to enter to balcony or i was too stupid to understand how.

The communication via what’s app was so helpful prior to our stay and during. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. All the rooms were modern and to a high standard. The staircase and corridors had a nice ambience. The location is ideal as it is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach, 20 minute walk to the centre and 30 minute walk to the cable car to visit Erice.
