The apartment is the next street from the main boulevard. Very quiet and close to the train and closer to the airport bus stop. Check in from 11am is a huge advantage which allows flexibility for the traveller. We were met and welcomed by Vito who made notes on a map for us to find things in the vicinity. The room/ apartment was excellent - kitchen dining lounge with TV and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Bonus washing machine and drying on the roof terrace. All very clean and new. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

A little basic but very comfortable and very clean. A little far from the old part of the town (beach & fancy restaurants) but just learn to take the city bus down via FB Fardella. The walk is also nice, lots of shopping opportunities. Around Cass Trapani, we recommend the following restaurants: I Am and Barbecue Steak House (great hamburgers on a nice outdoor terrace). Vito our host was Very useful and responsive! Good value for money

We loved the inner courtyard, and the apartment was very comfortable and great value for money. Vito was a very friendly and helpful host. It was good to have access to a washing machine.

The noise of voices was quite loud and echo-y, so that was occasionally disturbing at night. I did not like that the bathroom had no exhaust fan and just vented through a high window into the kitchen!

Great accommodation with friendly staff. Location perfect as we like walking and could both walk to the gondola start for Erice and to the old city area. The busses for Palermo and San vito lo capo stopped just closed by so worked great for us. They also had a washing machine on the roof terrace that are free to use and line to hang clothes, which was a pleasant surprise.

Fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove. Close enough to old Town, able to walk to it in 10-15 minutes. Or drive to free parking lot. 10 min drive to either gondola or beach. Free parking on next block. Good wifi. Good security. Clothes washer (2) with drying racks on roof, works well. Comfortable bed in a large room with lots of storage. Very nice staff.

Only 1 issue, got a dish towel with a hair or two on it. I'm sure it was washed but it's not the best kind of towel for that purpose. I would also suggest they provide a medium size pot for cooking and a strainer. I spilled my spaghetti into the sink trying to drain it using a lid that doesn't fot the big pot, dohhh.

Large and clean room. Breakfast is coffee and croissants at a nearby bar, this croissant is very delicious! The dining kitchen is bright, the washing machine is on the roof, and there is plenty of space to dry. On sunny days, it dries well if you hang it on the roof. It's a little far from the center of town, but it's walkable, and it's quiet at night. The owner is helpful and friendly. As soon as we were in trouble, they flew in. I would like to stay here next time I go.

Once discussed with the owner, we are finding that bookings does not have the option for the owners of the property to explain how the FREE PARKING works, as we are coming from overseas, our expectation when we used this filter when selecting a property is that the parking is free, and on sight, this is not the case in a lot of our stays, it is just free on street parking, when you can find a spot. I it was not a problem here, as we where given good advice as to where to park, and it is not peak season yet, so we did not have a problem. This is more feedback for booking.

Spacious appartment 15mins walk from historical centre but right by main shopping street, lots of cafe and restaurant nearby

Be nice to have some English tv channels or Netflix. Also in previous appartement stays where previous guests have left items like shampoo etc they have left on table for anyone to use in the hall- really handy if you forget something

Nice and comfy room, with a/c, very clean, nice bathroom and little balcony. All as described, shared kitchen was clean, with coffee and other stuff and equipment. Super communication with host and in english!!! Location is not far away to the city centre, neighborhood is a little specific, but safe and ok. Parking in front of house for few eur, or free in the next street.

there are no outside windows: all windows face the roofed courtyard, so it can be a bit noisy
