The hotel is beautiful, the check in was easy and the room was what we expected, really nice. We loved the pool, it is relaxing and not too crowded, even in August. The breakfast was really good, a lot of options, and you can sit by the sea to have it. The staff was accommodating. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, about 25 min walking to get near restaurants and maybe 40 to get to the point, I would recommend to get a car. There are buses (try Moovit to find them since they are not in Google Maps) but we did have a bit of trouble with them. But even without a car it is doable (we did it)

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast good. The hotel is right on the beach, but without possibilities to swim in the sea. But there is a quite big and very good private pool.

The hotel is quite far from city center. The official taxi takes about 10 eur. Be sure, that if you ask the receptionist to call the taxi, she or he really calls normal taxi, not the hotel service car. It costs 20 eur, when you check your bill when leaving. It's not a big money, but that kind of business leaves a little bit bad taste.

Very good value and comfortable, helpful staff Consistently tasty evening meals. Good pool. Nice views and would recommend a room with balcony. Varied selection of local cafes and restaurants. Nearby supermarkets and gelaterias. Trapani has plenty of attractive venues and has a relaxed atmosphere.

Access to the sea by the hotel was a bit tricky and is rocky but once in it's lovely and easier access is a few minutes up the beach. There's currently throughout Trapani and surroundings a mediocre rubbish collection and litter tidying up needed. We were advised that this is widespread throughout Sicily but can't verify that and this is not the fault of the hotel which spotlessly clean

The hotel is lovely and the reception and room staff could not be more helpful. Giovanna on the front desk was particularly helpful and pleasant.

The restaurant, which is run by different company not so pleasant. We had booked for dinner at seven and because of the weather and a large group booking who got back to the hotel late for their reservation they held the whole sitting up and told us we could not eat as with the storm there was no outside seating usable so they had no tables to fit everyone. Giovanna came to the rescue and got a resolution for us of complimentary room service. The bar, also run by the same team was often not staffed and you had to find someone to serve you and they were generally quite surly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the location right on the beach was stunning,the staff were lovely and very helpful good breakfast and alway able to get a table.The hairdryer is in the wardrobe not in the bathroom which was wonderful .Really big terrace on our room overlooking the sea and the room was ready when we arrived at lunchtime.

The walk to Trapani Town was a good half hour which was fine in the daytime but there and back in the evening was alot. The hotel had a shuttle bus that you paid for but no one mentioned this until our last 2 nights. Ladies if you have any dresses you need to bring hangers as the wardrobe is only the length of a shirt.

We had a terrace room and the views were amazing. Also the deck next to the beach was the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the view. The beach and water are just beautiful and right on the doorstop. The breakfast was pretty good and is included in the room. The staff were very friendly and the reception even helped us to order pizza delivery for dinner. We felt like a few small changes/touches could make this hotel 10/10.

Unfortunately we found the food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner to be disappointing and they also take a cover charge even though we were hotel guests. It is about 30-35 minutes to walk to Trapani old town or a €15 taxi. No complimentary water in the room. The service at the restaurant and bar is very slow (but the staff are lovely).

The view from the room was amazing, as the hotel is located right on the sea shore. There is a swimming pool, that we unfortunately did not use due to the weather conditions. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Good isolation in the room - we did not hear any neighbours. Walking distance from the hotel to the city centre (approx. 2 km). Unfortunately, the neighbourhood is not so great - it was very dirty (a lot of trash laying around, including on the beach - we would not dare to swim in the sea), the area around included a lot of contraction sights and factories/storage facilities. If to go from the hotel opposite direction from the city centre the area looked a bit better maintained. There are restaurant and bar on the hotel property with possibility to seat outside overlooking the sea. We travelled by car and there was a free parking in front of the hotel.

Reception staff were amazing and very helpful, however staff at the bar were not that friendly.

We booked a standard room and got one of the rooms next to the pool and restaurant. Although it seams less private, the walk to the beach, pool or restaurant was super short. B-fast was ok (instead of traditional Italian cold cuts they served processes ones) and dinner prices were a bit high for what you can get in the city. Overall staff was very accommodating and nice.

Couple of things: Beach across the hotel is rocky so you have to walk a bit to get to the sandy entrance and then walk back to your beach chair (not the best looking beach). Hotel is 5min outside the city center so if you do not have a car it is at least 30min walk. Also minor detail: room was given to us with a broken drain and assumed we would not inquire why so but after reporting it, the handy man fixed it. Next time: this should be done prior to releasing the room to guests.

Located outside the main city centre (but still very close) and with incredible sunsets, we really enjoyed our stay here. We booked two rooms - one was a "regular" room and one was on the top floor with a terrace. It was a great stay. The food at the restaurant was also REALLY good.

The terrace was lovely, but the room was smaller than the "regular" room we also reserved. We're not big people, and the shower was a tight squeeze - the door opens into the shower and we could barely get in/out.

GORGEOUS seafront location, the lobby, bar and restaurant area looked and smelt amazing - very luxe. The pool is wonderful. Really lovely staff. We loved having dinner/drinks on the terrace, the sunsets were spectacular.

We didn’t have a car so the half hour walk into the old town was quite hard in the heat (Ubers €20 for a 5-10 min journey too!) - so felt quite isolated as nothing much around the hotel. The aircon was very weak so we slept with our doors open (not too much of a hardship as the sound of the waves was wonderful but would be hard if you were roadside)
