The team at pachamama, could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, comfortable and exceptionally well looked after. The outside space that comes with each room is such a bonus. We had glorious sunshine while we were there and to relax in our own space with a hot tub and sun beds after the hustle and bustle of Naples, it was just perfection. But it is the extremely hard working team on reception, serving breakfast and housekeepers who make this hotel special. A massive thank you to Paolo and his colleagues for looking after us.

Fantastic and friendly English-speaking staff, nothing was a problem! They had a list of nearby restaurants ready for us (I highly recommend The Butterfly which is within walking distance, but do make sure to book a table on Friday and Saturday night! The private hot tub was luxurious. Room decor modern and clever. Only the shower was a fun one given the fact that it was designed stage-like so whoever was in the bed could watch the other person taking a shower :D Perfect daily housekeeping.

There was a variety of food for breakfast, however, there was a lot of bought sweet party or cake and no vegetables. There wasn't much of savory food.

This beautiful hotel was a perfect place away from the very busy crowds of the Almalfi Coast. The staff were warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, everything was meticulously clean. Breakfast was Italian style with fresh pastries every morning. Our room had a hot tub which was so lovely after a busy day sightseeing. There are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance or a short drive away from the hotel. We would definitely stay again.

A party was on and very loud one night in the events property next door.

Site is modern and clean with a nice breakfast and parking included. Best part is the staff, always very friendly, attentive in each moment. They made the stay even better. Btw, nice Italian restaurant behind the hotel, don’t forget to reserve.

There is an events place beside the hotel but unless you have really light sleep it won’t be a problem. We stayed in weekend with two weddings and we slept great!

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us. The breakfasts were fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any other travellers.

Good clean property. Perfect location if you are driving to Pompeii. Close to Vesuvius too. Rooms very comfortable, nice terrace with a jacuzzi Breakfast was excellent. Filled us up. Free car parking. Would stay again

Hotel in unmanned overnight - we didn’t know this. After 8pm ensure you have the gate key. We did visit in January. It may be different in Summer.

We only stayed a night but this place is so nice and peaceful I wish we could stay more and just chill for a day on the room terrace. Everyone was super nice and helpful, really exceptional! The rooms seam very new and well maintained, the bed was comfy. There is lots of parking space which is great if you travel by car. It's a good location to visit Pompei (15 min drive) and Vesuvio (30 min drive).

Hard to point out anything realy. The sound proofing is not the best. You can hear everything from the hall. But the evening was quite so it was not a bother for us.

Lovely place, Paulo & team were fantastic helpful & full of information, a great position to visit attractions by car such as Pompei, Mt Vesuvio, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento.. Can go into Pompei town 10 min by car to catch a train into Naples and to also access all above organised trips, bars & reasturants. There are also few reasturants within walking distance of hotel that are very good. Would definitely be back.

The room was very nice and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very good. The hotel has its own parking together with the event location. The breakfast was good and the staff is really nice and helpful. It’s a good place to stay when going to Vesuv and Pompeji.

Breakfast could start a little earlier :)

The location is fanatstic, Located between Naples, Pompeii, at the foot of the Vesivius and close to Amalfi coast, it is a great spot to explore the surroundings. The rooms are really clean and several rooms have a jacuzzi on the terrace. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. The hosts / reception were really helpful and friendly. There are probably around 10 hotelrooms so not crowded at all.
