The staff and the facilities were wonderful. We were a little disappointed that although we had a lovely view of the lake, there really was no beach access. The view of the castle is great, and we highly recommend touring it. The food at the restaurant the first night was amazing. Apparently, different kitchen staff the second night, but the manager comped our meal, so no grudges there.

Be aware that taxi service is scarce, so if you don't drive, getting to and from the hotel or the castle will be a challenge. We walked from the train station to the hotel and the traffic on that winding road downto the hotel was a littlescary. We weren't hiking back up that hill with our luggage, so we paid 15 euro for a 5 minute ride with our bags and had to arrive at the train station 2.5 hours before our departure time because the taxi was only available at 9 AM.

This Hotel is absolutely fantastic! just located on the Bracciano lake side, it is spectacular in the eraly morning. The staff is very welcoming and nice, and very helpful! The Restaurant is stellar, with local and typical roman menues nicely interpretated by the chef , and also a very good quality for the price. Highy recommended!

Maybe we expected for the price some more larger beds that oneslty were a little thin, but overall confortable. The breakfast could be a bit more enriched with a more variety of choices.

The staff were the best I’ve experienced. So kind and helpful. The food is very good and top quality and the pool is so refreshing!

You need a car or scooter. It’s a bit far to walk to anything aside from a handful of lakeside spots. Would have loved bikes or even a golf cart as getting elsewhere you must walk on a dark road and it felt dangerous.

Amazing location right in front of Lago di Bracciano! - good selection of pastries and continental dishes for breakfast. The rooms we had got a magnificent view of the lake , castle , tennis courts, pádel court and the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! We wish to spend more time here and hopefully will be back ! 😍🥰😘

I see that they are working on fixing the place but its good to mention that the pool is not working and its not like woh it appears in the pictures the have to work to fix it more The breakfast is very poor not even like other Italian hotels breakfast its need to bee improved But its a-good place to stay in for a several days for relaxation

David went out of his way to make us feel like family. His wife even gave us a ride to town. El Medino told us where to go to in town and also gave us a ride. I have never seen a hotel staff who was more accommodating than this group. Extraordinary staff and facilities. The restaurant staff equally accommodating! We will never forget you! Ten stars plus!

Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Great location on the lake with its own little beach - as well as a large pool and tennis courts. The rooms are cute with mini bar and the whole property was spotless. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant on site too. Free onsite parking too.

Pool towels would be a great addition. Some better signage for accessing the beach.

Breakfast was very good, everything you could want , eggs bacon , croissants and loads of pastries. Lovely location with lake views. Bracciano not too far away , with lots of restaurants. Also it’s an easy stopover a night before going to the airport , just an hour away

Location and staff were absolutely faultless.

Bed was extremely hard for us which made sleeping tricky, however this may be a good thing for others (preference).
