Location was fantastic. Close to many restaurants and stores. Can easily hop on the walking trail to walk along the lake. Kitchenette allowed for the convenience to cook in the room. There was a nice community supply of cooking oils and spices out in the hallway. Fitness center offers space for stretching and a variety of exercise equipment. Except you must notify the front desk and use during office hours.

No laundry facilities, however there is a good laundromat about a 20 mins drive into town. Would have been nice if their bar was open.

Marcello was really great host, welcomed me warmly. I had a meeting on the checkout day and they let me stay in the room 4 hours after checkout without paying! The room is comfortable, clean, and balcony have great view Walking distance from the center

Living room furniture was comfortable and beautiful view of the lake. On site parking. Short walk to town.

The wifi signal was very weak. This location also had a weak cell phone network service. Gas Stove was difficult to light. Had to make a reservation for spa use, not readily available..

The location was perfect. Staff was waiting me at night despite I arrived late because of my plane delay. Rooms are clean with refrigerator and washing machine. I was able to park the car inside without extra charge. They helped me with the luggage.

Something to improve maybe breakfast with some fruit but not an important issue for me.

The balcony and the view are amazing. Kind and very friendly staff Great room Commercial-level gym equipment and nice indoor pools And it offers spa services as well

Comfortable room equipped with all the necessary, and the kitchenette ideal for breakfast and stay-in. Great and friendly hospitality, the reception also agreed on earlier check in. Definitely recommended location, very quite but walking distance from city centre and free parking slots!

No breakfast at the hotel. Only some biscuits and packed pastries at the room. Wifi was weak or not active in my room for most of my stay. It was very effective in my son’s room.

Lovely clean room with an incredible view. The location was perfect and the staff - Marcello, Maria & Sara - were beyond helpful. They managed to source a car seat for our 2 month old for us to use in a taxi which was amazing and got my backpack back which I’d left on a local bus. The breakfast was perfect and we loved eating it on the balcony every morning. The area of Trevignano Romano is gorgeous and being by the lake was perfect.

Very clean and quiet accommodation. Within walking distance of cafes, restaurant, lake etc. I was warmly welcomed and everything I asked for was taken care of.

The Manager of the hotel is very polite and helpful. The location is great , 5 minutes walk from the the lake embankment.
