The hotel was conveniently located, but quiet and peaceful. All the staff were very helpful, spoke good English, and provided great recommendations for the local area. The restaurant was highly regarded, and we had a great meal there. All in all, this was a great 'self-contained' place to stop on our trip. We would happily stay there again when we are next in the area.

Limited things to do in the area (not the hotel's fault of course) - but fine for a couple of days. Visit the local ruins and the lake, and enjoy the peaceful countryside.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous park. Large parking was a plus. We booked a junior suite and it was fabulous! Loved the bath and all the little detais in the room like robes, vanity kits, and Balmain shower products. At our stay wedding was happening but the room was well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear almost nothing. Loved the stay! Helpful and friendly staff

The A/C was not working. Also breakfast was quite poor with not so much of a choice. However, loved the quiches

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, very practical for a family. We came late at night with three young sleeping children, the room was ready for us, check in took no time. Beds were comfortable and the crib we requested was ready and made up for us. Breakfast was exactly what you need with children, large variety. Staff were nice and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for the following day. We are very grateful!

The property is sophisticated, expansive, well maintained and includes excellent parking. The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous and efficient. The room itself was very modern, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet included an impressive selection of savoury and sweet offerings. Coffee was perfect. This is an exceptional property that is also great value for money.

Everything from the 1 minute will surprise you . Stylish and elegant , well kept and literally spotless place . We arrived late , our room was upgrade for the room with terrace and jacuzzi. Absolutely beautiful toiletries from Balmain , amazing tea Dammann make us extremely happy . Very nice territory around make our dog feel overwhelmed.

Modern rooms while outside still looks older italian style. Luxurious areas and good morning buffet. Hotel area has good garden, especially in the evening. Staff was nice and helpful.

Walls were little bit thin, we could hear what neighbours were talking. Outside hotel area does not look too good, some industry etc until you get to Sutri.

This hotel is a gem on the country side, clearly adapted to host magnificent weddings but also highly suitable for us who were just passing through. It offers excellent rooms (with the biggest bath tub I've seen), is calm and quiet and had both delicious breakfasts and a highly impressive dinner restaurant.

The room's AC was connected to the lights so when turning off the lights the AC would also turn off, rendering the room fairly cold (we visited in April). Eventually we found a light switch behind the couch where we could disable the light only.

Very imposing building . Good room. Wonderful dinner . Good breakfast. We arrived walking into Sutri very tired, telephoned Danielli who kindly arranged a transfer to the hotel, which is some way south of the town. He provided outstanding service as did the waitress and chef at dinner. The following morning we were directed back to the Via Francegina most efficiently .

Fantastic place. So beautiful and well located. Very clean and nice rooms. We did have a big terrace. Staff is so service minded - helpful and knowledgeable. We would come again at any time. 10 from us. And the restaurant - it is amazing.

Beautiful views across the back garden, reminiscent of a backdrop from a Renaissance picture. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating (we had an injury on the Via Francigena and they arranged taxis to pick us up from the trail and shuttle us to the local medical care). The restaurant serves a very elegant dinner in the evenings, though not pompous or stuffy in any way.
