We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation while biking along the Via Francigena. The location is ideal, very well situated and easy to reach. The place is exceptionally clean and modern, with all the amenities you could need. Communication with the host was outstanding from the start. Our room was equipped with a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a selection of snacks, which was a nice touch. The kitchenette provided a self-service breakfast with milk, yogurt, cake, and crispbread (Zwieback), offering everything we needed to start the day. Super WiFi. A special mention goes to the host, who went above and beyond to assist us when we faced a medical issue. They connected us with a local pharmacist, and for a small extra fee, they even arranged a taxi service from the hospital to the accommodation. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place to anyone! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Central location. The meet and greet was good. Maria (friendly host) met us in the nearest square and she speaks English very well. It was great that the baggage service was able to deliver bags to the rooms so we did not have to lug them up the stairs. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Quiet location and lovely view from the middle bedroom. We also had booked all the rooms in the apartment so we had the kitchen facilities to use if we wanted. Being only one night stay we would probably have preferred washing machine/dryer but not everyone who visits would be walking like we were. Lots of processed snacks for breakfast and yoghurt.

Lovely property with kind and helpful/friendly host. Room modern and clean, bathroom slightly bigger than the standard Italian bathroom size. Great location, our room went out directly to a shared terrace which has a lovely view of a piazza.

The breakfast was huge, however mostly sweet, which is the Italian way. Not much savoury only bread, the host went to so much effort with breakfast, I felt bad that we were unable to eat very much, as we don’t eat much sweet food and definitely not in the morning. But would stay again in a heartbeat!

Clean and modern. Good aircon. Everything worked properly which was a treat. Endless food. Four varieties of milk too! Handy to a lovely piazza and bar/gelato with great staff. Not far to walk to supermarket.

Need to park a little bit from the property, because it is located in narrow streets of a small town. But is not far and it is spacious free parking.

The property is very nice. It’s a one room with a bathroom. Clean with a good location near restaurants. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful!!!

Beautiful old town, the bnb is 100m metres from the piazza, Maria the host is lovely, the rooms are great and the secure bike storage is perfect.

Maria and her husband were very kind to us. They rescued us on a very rainy day from the Via Frangenica and also supported us during our trip to Campagnano di Roma. Excellent communication. Very kind people!
