The rooms were very comfortable, clean, looked very nice, and spacious. The grounds are very nice, with some farm animals to see, a small soccer field, picnic tables in a shaded area. The person running the place was very friendly. The location is very good, close to Rome and to a lake with nice villages around it.

For breakfast most of the food has to be requested, and the person running the place doesn't speak English, so it all has to be done using Google Translate. It is just a bit of a hassle, and difficult to know what dining options exist.

The property was great with beautiful view of the valley (exactly how we wanted), room was big, clean with nice bathroom. We had early morning departure and the owner accommodated us with early breakfast (delicious pastries and cakes), even arranged for take out. Coffee was the best.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. I wish we could communicate more with the owner to learn about the place but due to language barrier, it was difficult. He tried though.

That was over our expectation! That was exactly what we were expecting: peaceful place, feeling authentic Italy, country land fresh air and smells. Room clearness and personally served capuchino in early morning were so lovely. We were late for check-in and arrived at almost midnight, but, apartment owner made all possible to make our arriving comfortable. Very recommended if you wish to feel real Italy.

Beautiful location with lots of facilities around. The lake and the towns surrounding it were truly beautiful, even more than expected. Our room was very large, comfortable and clean with air conditioning, sealing fan and fridge.

Leaking shower and one of the mosquito net was broken. The walls were a bit too tin and we could hear people talking outside the room.

Everything excellent, more than expected. It's hard to describe the good service by Luca. Not just top, but he gives service with passion and love. Never met a kinder person than him. Large area for the kids to play including football posts, table soccer, a swing etc. There is also a small farm. Just 7 minutes away from the Lake. It's the perfect place to find peace. 😊 Luca 100 out of 10.

Rooms adequate and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, multiple homemade cakes. Owners friendly and helpful. Relatively close to the airport.

Shower too small for my husband. No one at desk to ask anything. One night we were the only guests for the night.

Dinner at 8 PM was very good and delicious. Ingredients were fresh and local. The place was peaceful and the animals at the farm were cute. Room was very big and clean. Air conditioning on the room worked very well. Bed offered great and pleasant sleep. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of different cakes.

Located 30 minutes from fco airport. Large and clean room. Very nice hosts, excellent breakfast, they adjusted the menu for us, lovely place

Such a nice owner, good location, great breakfast with fresh and hot bread from the oven and delicious Italian specialties. Overall it is a great place to spent a few days near a small village clouds to Rome, without ani noises and disturbing of the big city. 10/10.
