This was the last hotel of our holiday on our trip round Lake Bracciano and we had 6 nights booked. We were welcomed on arrival to the family run hotel with smiles all round. Our cases were taken to a large room with everything we needed. The bed extremely comfortable and excellent air conditioning. We were shortly asked what we were doing on the evening and were offered a lift and back to Anguillara for a look round. It is the most fascinating place steeped in history. There is a shuttle bus every 30 mins to Anguillara and although you get shuffled up and down the bus it is ideal for transport. The family never tired of giving advice of where to go. The restaurant was excellent with superb food, compliments to the chef. We were genuinely made to feel part of the family and with plans to put a pool and extra bar/food for next year would really recommend this hotel. An amazing taxi was booked for us to the airport to finish off a magical, memorable holiday. Thank you to you all. This was booked for us by daughter in USA. We are from UK.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The family-owned charm shone through every aspect of our experience, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire stay. The rooms were immaculate, food was phenomenal and the amenities provided were top-notch. The delightful family atmosphere made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

I liked everything. Good food, welcoming staff, neat facility

The Hotel Massimino is situated on the main road in the town, but set back a little so noise from traffic was very little. It offers free parking on site. Our bedroom was really lovely and spacious offering free wifi, tea and coffee facilities and also a fridge to keep things cool. The beds were really comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good and excellent value for money. Breakfast was a self serve buffet which offered everything you would require. All the staff we met were really nice, friendly and polite which is always appreciated. Thank you

We could not find anything wrong at all with this hotel

Large, spacious room with comfortable beds. The A/C was really effective (I had to turn it off in the middle of the night as it was too cold). Good restaurant and bar area. Easy, off-road parking.

The shower cubicle was a little cramped for someone my size (185cm) but manageable. The hotel is a little out of the way but a trip to the lake makes up for that.

Hotel Massimino utterly exceeded our expectations and made for a wonderful stay whilst we attended a wedding in Rome. The super friendly and helpful staff (with notable thanks to restaurant staff member Gianluca) were welcoming and equally attentive throughout our stay, helping us with our limited Italian when we needed to arrange a taxi. Our room was lovely - spacious, with excellent air conditioning during the hottest time of the year, plenty of tea and coffee facilities, a safe, balcony and a massive bathroom with a picture window. The room was cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast every day was a heavenly feast of buffet service pastries, meats, cheeses, cereal, breads and yoghurts. We ate dinner in the hotel on three evenings and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. There is a comfortable lounge in the reception and a seated area outside - perfect for after dinner drinks from the bar! The hotel is only a short walk from the train station, this was very convenient for trips to Rome and also to Lake Bracciano. We would be very happy to return to Hotel Massimino and would highly recommend it.

Nothing much really as it was excellent. Maybe a little more local literature about where to find local supermarkets, the public transport and tourist information would be nice, but we were happy to use the internet or ask at reception if we needed to know anything.

Breakfast could have omelete or fried eggs.

Everything was good.

I like majority of the site the only dislike was too far from the city centre. The rest was excellent.

Staff was very friendly, especially July who explained and answered all our requests Room are updated and clean especially the bathrooms Many restaurants around area and parking on property is plenty
