Spacious studio appartment with large bathroom (and corner bath with coloured ceiling lights), cooking facilities. Breakfast is left in the form of packaged biscuits, toasts etc Ample supplies of water, juice and ice tea left in the fridge as well.

Andrea is extremely nice and very helpful. He solved all our requests. The place is very calm and close to supers, restaurants.

Good location to get to Rom airport (easy drive).

Difficult to find (Car GPS located the street no. 6 1,5km off). After we finally found this place and passed the gate my normal passenger car was approached with an almost off-road path to get to the location. The breakfast is more than questionable !!

Good for one night. Jacuzzi (if that's your thing) and spacious.

Breakfast in the room was a selection of prepackaged cookies and croissants, (good Nespresso) coffee and tea. It ticks the 'breakfast' box but non edible if you're not into plastic food.

Decently sized room with nice bathroom.

The property is right under the flight pass of airplanes approaching Fiumicino. Owner had problems in identifying our booking and treated us as if we were imposters before getting things right.
