Such a nice experience! Booked this hotel last minute as a much needed break from work. I didn’t know what to expect but was in love immediately. The staff was amazing and sooo helpful (even with my several extra requests). Especially Tiziana was an angel: so kind and helpful and welcoming. Thank you, Tiziana!!! The grounds are beautiful - you instantly switch into relaxation mode. The rooms are nice, I really love the style. The bed is heavenly - it’s the best bed ever - even better than at home. I will surely return, this is a hidden gem.

Our stay was fantastic! We didn’t know what to expect from the spa but our expectations were exceeded. The attention to detail made the stay so enjoyable and relaxing that we decided to have dinner there because we simply didn’t want to leave! We hope to go again soon.

Excellent visit! From the quick and easy check in to the clean, comfortable room, to the friendly staff and delicious food, everything went well with our stay. Beautiful property on a hillside above the lake and below the castle.

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Bracciano. We stayed in the junior suite (room 6) with a terrace, and it was absolutely lovely. Very clean, with nice decor, large bathroom and an expansive terrace that had two lounge chairs as well as a couple of bistro tables with chairs. The view of Lago di Bracciano was breathtaking. After a cocktail and quick bite to eat, we took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and enjoyed that very much. Had we had a longer stay, we would have used the pool and spa, but our time was limited. However, we walked all around to check everything out and yes, the spa is quaint, but oh so modern, clean and perfect. The resort only has 15 rooms, so there aren’t too many guests on the property at one time and there is no sense of overcrowding. The bar on the first floor is great, with bar food to offer if the restaurant is closed. The breakfast that was included with the price of our room was excellent!There was a full buffet plus the waitress came and brought us a menu that offered a la carte items made to order. I had read a review that said the breakfast was limited and didn’t have bacon, but that is far from accurate. It is possible that the breakfast has been improved since that review, so I assure you it is wonderful and plentiful. We chose to stay for one night before our flight back to the U.S. from Rome and we wished we had stayed at least two, but next time we will. Parking was on site and there was no lack of spaces. The drive to FCO was only 45 minutes and very easy. The staff were all very kind, accommodating and fluent in English! We would also recommend visiting the castle that is set above the resort, as it was so amazing to walk through and the views were incredible. (Not for people who have a lot of mobility issues however) Two things to note for those people who read this through, the road/driveway to the resort is a bit steep and narrow with some rough terrain.

I chose this hotel for its perfect location near to the beautiful Brancciano lake, as I had a cruise trip planned for the next day It turned out to be an unforgettable stay This hotel provided an unforgettable stay. Its location is perfect, very close to the small village of Brancciano and its castle as well as the lake, its garden is absolutely stunning – a true highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a complimentary ride to the castle. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful setting, and fantastic service. I want to thank them for everything, I will highly recommend it to others and would love to come back again one day.

Delicious breakfast, fresh and excellent variety with very good coffee. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us including driving us to the station and looking after our car when we went down to Rome and helping us with our bookings.

Our satnav couldn’t find the place, alternative direction would have been good.

Love the location of the site! Fantastic views, very private and quiet. The staff was extremely personable and helpful. Lots of amenities like spa and beautiful grounds..

Loved it all.

We loved everything about this place from our free upgrade on arrival to being dropped off at the station on departure and everything in between. The staff were amazing, the views spectacular, the spa relaxing and the food and wine delicious. It was a perfect break. Paola, Marco, Pietro and Francesca made us feel like family and we look forward to a return visit. We also recommend a massage from Roberto and Lydia.
