Our host Sarà was super kind and welcomed us with great hospitality. She was very helpful also and gave us fantastic tips about the area. The place has a pool and a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can rest or do some exercise if you'd like to. Our room was comfortable, was cleaned daily and had a nice view. We were provided a delicious, Italian styled breakfast every day with strong coffee which were included in the price. There is no end of the list of nice things we've experienced there really. This was our favourite accommodation so far during our stay in Italy.

The location was excellent, very quiet surroundings and immerse in the nature! The responsible staff is very friendly, she's from the area so she can provide good tips! The room was big and cozy, bathroom also had a good size, shower was good! Really good spot to relax in the Italian countryside.

The property is beautiful & Sara was very accommodating. Pretty much everything you need from a short stay!

The only thing we weren’t sure about was the breakfast but understandably Italians don’t tend to eat breakfast like us brits. It’s very much sweet croissants & biscuits.

The pool, the very well decorated room, airco, the very nice quiet and relaxing area nearby Rome and the breakfast

There was a wasp nest close to the swimming pool. We would have appreciated being warned to inform our children and avoid bites.

The host was really lovely and it was nice chatting to her over breakfast.

The towels in the room smelt a bit musty and even though there was 2 of us staying there was only one small shower gel and shampoo, really not enough It would have also been nice to have proper tea bags with some milk for a nice cup of tea first thing in the morning.

Everything! Nice, quiet location. Very cozy and clean room, excellent garden with swimming pool. Sara, our host, was very friendly. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful house and grounds, lovely facilities including pool with loungers. Lovely well equipped bedrooms and a fabulous choice for breakfast. Sara was lovely and very helpful.
