We chose this Suites because we was searching for a beautiful "start of the century" style room with a high ceilings. The grey room room was available and it is definitely exceeded our expectations. Saving this option to return someday whenever we will have opportunity to do so. Many thanks to the owner and everybody involved in keeping this old property in an absolutely wonderful shape, this warms our hearts!

The small fridge was noisy, but we haven't used it much, so it didn't bother us at all. The noise from the street was a bit loud, but considering the location of the property it was understandable, we experienced much much much worse in other places where even ear plugs wasn't helping, haha. So for us it was absolutely fine. It is a great suite!

The Apartment is located in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking from the train station and in the lively downtown. The common spaces are amazing, it's a flat with a soul, a lot of antique furniture and decorations, as well as painted ceilings make it exceptional. Even though we didn't meet the host personally, he was very kind to us, facilitating the online payment method, as well as letting us store the luggage after the check out until we could set off to the airport.

There is no door separating the suite from the bathroom, so there might not be enough intimacy if you travel with a companion. The window from the suite faces inside the patio (it is written in the description), however it's above the Asian restaurant, so we had to keep the windows fully closed due to the fried food smell getting inside. No chance to sleep with open windows and get some fresh air. There is air conditioning, but we personally prefer the fresh air.

We were absolutely blown away by the stunning interiors at Bellezza Suites, it was like going back in time in the most wonderful way. Our room was beautifully decorated, classic, clean and very comfortable. We could not fault it. The shared foyer / lounge was also decorated timelessly, a really stunning room. Francesco (the owner) went above and beyond to help make our stay special, his kindness and fantastic recommendations really made this experience for us. We were truly so impressed by our whole stay. The location was also fabulous, right in the heart of the city, a great atmosphere. We truly couldn’t recommend this place enough, a real hidden gem. We will be back!

I rate Bellezza Suite 10/10 mainly because of its location and value for money. Our room was not palatial but it’s comfortable and the air conditioning was invaluable! As it was really hot during our stay, to be able to return to the property to escape the afternoon heat was much better than having facilities like gym that we don’t use! There’re plenty of eateries around and most of the city sights can be explored on foot in the morning. The train station is 10 minutes’ walk away so it’s easy to get to and from the airport

The location of this property was very central, close to a host of restaurants, cafes, bus lines, shopping areas, the Marina, everything! The property is excellent, very spacious, the decor is amazing, you feel you are in a period Italian villa! We had the biggest room, the Hortensia, boasting three beautiful windows, elegant decor, super comfortable bed, complementary beverages, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge etc. The bathroom was also big, with complementary shampoo, soaps. The room was cleaned very frequently. Francesco, the host was super helpful, provided a lot of tips and information on the city and beaches and the weather! We felt we were among friends and will definitely return.

It was difficult to find parking...Finding parking space on the blue stripped area on Largo Carlo Felice was a hit and miss experience, somewhat frustrating. It was possible to find parking right besides the Train Station, around 10 mins walk from Bellezza Suites, but the parking price was not cheap.

Beautifully and eclectically furnished apartment. Lovely common area - sitting space and kitchen. The owner obviously has gone to great lengths to restore what was a beautiful apartment. Eating area with a coffee machines but no tea or milk. Good for a couple of days stay. The building is quite central and close to many different shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located. Easy self check in. Our host was super accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

We stayed in the Margherita room which was facing an inner courtyard with windows facing into the other rooms so we had to keep them shut and there was no natural light into the room. There was no fridge to keep food. The shower could use a bit of scrubbing.

Excellent location for visiting Cagliari, great restaurants and bars nearby and comfortable accomodation. The host was amazing as well, a great experience overall.

We loved everything, but please be aware that some of the rooms have balconies on the main street. We had one of these rooms and on Saturday night it was noisy until 2-3am. It didn't bother us, but other guest might find it better to request a room without windows to main street.

Great location--right in the center. It was a bit difficult getting in as communication was done primarily through WhatsApp and there was no one to help me with checkin. Apart from that, the room was large, beautiful and mostly comfortable. Furniture was a bit old but that was expected from the pictures.

Could have been cleaner but it was decent enough.

Great location in the marina district- central within a few minutes walk from Piazza Yenne, stazione, the Castello. Quiet, large rooms full of character and old world charm with an old fashioned lift. Spacious lounge for relaxing in. Many good restaurants all around.

Incredibly convenient location, near the city center, a taxi parking, bus stop for the beach and train station to connect with airport and other cities in Sardinia. Host was incredibly helpful.

Mattress was on the soft side, would have preferred a more firm one but not a deal breaker for your sleep.
