Lovely staff, great location and delicious breakfast. Close to ski lifts but you’d definitely either need a car or to use the ski bus. Great storage for skis, nice little pool and sauna area.

Parking was a bit small but that was only a problem because we have a van. Someone else had parked in our space but they allowed us to park out the front instead so was all good.

Amazing room, terrace, staff, and wellness part. We went middle of August and we were lucky to experience the Tuesday local street festival that was a very interesting moment of local culture, cuisine and folklore.

A pity for that price we got the room next to the entrance were you hear the reception and the bar/breakfast. So it wasn't the most quiet experience but it's understandable since it was high peak season.

Peaceful place, hospitable people. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, fresh, local products. The Guest Pass, which we got at the beinning of our stay allowed us to travell and visit Klausberg by night for free. I highly recommend it and hope I will visit this hotel again

Everythig was perfect!

We got a free upgrade to a better and bigger room. Also the breakfast was very good and there were lots of different options. The staff was super nice and very helpful with recommendations for activities to do around the hotel. We were traveling with a dog and the location was very pet friendly. Thanks for a very nice stay, we would love to come again.

Quality of service - OUTSTANDING!!! At the reception, at the bar, during breakfast I felt really welcome and treated with the highest quality! Products for breakfast are fresh and tasty. Room clean and big. Swimming pool available whole day plus sauna from the afternoon. Next to the Taufers Castle and few minutes by to the Fly-line.

We will return, definetly. Absolutely fabuolus week, very confortable rooms, well equiped and accessible wellness, greate breakfasts, good services, supportive and polite personal. Ski areas are close enough, skibus reachable from the hotel. Nice city with the castle of Taufers

This was my 2nd stay in Alpinum and it was amazing again. One of the cleanest places I have ever been. The location is great to ski on Plan de Corones (15 min away) or a smaller ski area that is just few minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is very good and the staff helpful and friendly. Swimming pool good size, two saunas and relax area all great.
