The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and abundant. I liked the size of the room and a view from the balcony. The size of the parking lot was suitable, there was space in front of the hotel and behind it. Wellness was great, I liked the sauna ceremonies. Staff was kind and helpful. An advice: before entering Campo Tures, turn right to the Via Wiesenhof and follow that way to reach the hotel. The gps is prone to offer a different way and you never arrive to the hotel by car.

I missed the towel dryer from the bathroom.

It’s a bit tricky to come to the hotel by car .. the streets were closed from time to time. A second Jura coffee machine would make the breakfast experience more seamless… the queue at the machine during the peaks was annoying But the breakfast itself was very good!

Spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. The staff were attentive and polite. Great stay :)

During our stay everything was perfect… the staff attention for details, the location of the hotel, the variety of meal.

The fourniture must be changes because it is very old.

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. The underground parking offered for free was a nice surprize and the view from the room was wonderfull.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite, helpful and very professional. This is what really makes this place special. We also liked all the hotel facilities and the location that was really close to the ski-lift.

Poor parking facilities

The hotel is in a wonderful location not far from three ski resorts, including the best Kronplatz.

Unfortunately, there was a little lack of cooperation and flexibility due to my mistake in the reservation, but despite that everything was ok.

Wonderful staff, clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast and fabulous dinner. All in all- perfect!
