A large hotel complex with lots of activities for both adults and children. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage and a mini fridge which is re-stocked daily. The pool areas can get very noisy, we found the designated sandy beach area quieter, it's cleaned of any pebbles/stones daily although the coastline itself is very pebbly. All the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We booked a couples massage which was amazing, very relaxing. The buffet restaurant food is varied & has something for everyone. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

It can get very noisy near the pools, as a couple we would consider upgrading to the signature level for a quieter more relaxed stay if we returned.

The location is stunning. The whole resort is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely professional and very well trained and extremely helpful. Especially the crew in the extra time bar Salvo,Angelo, Giusi(fragolina), Giovanni L saverio, nunzio, and Gianlucca. I could not find any fault with this place. Selection of food available was excellent and considering the size of the place and the amount of staff it is extremely well organised. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet restaurants were really good, Pool areas were clean and relaxing, apart from the daily water aeoribcs with loud music right in your ear. Overall, it was a lovely hotel and good, drink and facilities but nothing to get to outside of the hotel without taxis, so felt a bit like a cruise ship.

A la carte restaurants weren't great, we tried the portofino - small selection of choices included in all inclusive, and the chang tai was pretty rubbish. Couldn't get in to the other one, even though we tried to book it the day we got there. Beach was crap. Very stoney so difficult to get in and out of the sea, and very small. Nicer by the pool

It's our 2nd time visiting and it surely didn't disappoint. Excellent food variety and exquisite quality. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and spacious as well. The entertainment team is super 👌 very nice and kind to kids!

The app slacks a bit as the information was not always entirely correct or updated, but not a big deal, as you can always obtain any info from the reception.

It’s a five-star resort with its own beach and all inclusive. We stayed in a main building room, it was freshly renovated, with a huuuuge and comfortable bed, big plasma TV and a stylish bathroom. A conditioner was comfortable to sleep with, it didn’t make too much noise. We had a basic all inclusive, the food was great, every day there were grill masters who cooked fish and seafood. We had endless cocktails from a beach bar. Also, my husband was sick and the stuff called a doctor which arrived in 30 mins (we paid 80 EUR), prescribed a medication and also the stuff called the nearest pharmacy to make sure they were working and had all needed pills.

I can see no point in opting in for the signature level, in my opinion a choose of additional options is no better compared to the standard all inclusive offer. We booked a Thai restaurant - it wasn’t worth bothering at all. After visiting it we went to the main buffet restaurant to eat. Also the stuff is too busy trying to upgrade guests and also to onboard new comers. They don’t answer the phone and you need to go to a reception and wait in the line while anyone will be able to help you

Very nice and clean. Excellent food compared to most all inclusives in Europe I have been to. Really looked forward to the fresh salads and the grilled section every day. Nice options for breakfast as well. Liked the beach although it is not a perfect white sands beach but does the job and is peaceful and great for swimming

That there was hardly any options for non-alcoholic drinks. Could have done with more fresh juices or real lemonade as someone who doesn’t use the alcohol allowance at all. There was also a strange restriction on waterbottles to the room which I found weird since everything else was very liberal. Personally I am big on eco friendly hotels and wish they would stop using bottles and cans and find other options but they were not worse than any other hotel with waste

The whole location and the service made our stay unbelievably pleasant! The food and drinks were amazing!

When the big group of Polish people arrived the hotel unfortunately turned into a noisy night club and made it hard to relax which I actually came for.

The hotel is in an isolated area from Palermo, which means only guests from the resort are using the beach and the surroundings are not so busy. Everything was just amazing, good variety and quality food, room service and very friendly staff. I really liked the colleagues from the pool bar, very sympathetic. They even memorized our names and talked to us when we met them around the resort, which makes you feel home.

I would only advise the kitchen staff to pay more attention to the cleaning of the dishes and silverware. Maybe a more powerful soap for the dishwashers could make the trick.

The facilities are top-notch, the staff is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the entertainment for the little ones is superb. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The weather was perfect, and the pools were absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making the all-inclusive option an excellent choice. We highly recommend this place for families. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, so you can relax and enjoy without a worry in the world.

It would be great to see a larger gym space. In the mornings, it tends to get quite crowded, leaving limited room to exercise comfortably.

The Resort is beautiful. It is large enough, very clean. The place is very well maintained, the gardens as well. The staff is very well trained and particularly kind, although I am convinced that it is not easy for them. The food is very good and very varied. Anyone can find food to their taste. We slept at the bungalow, but it was very pleasant, quiet, clean. I had a rental car, but I only left the resort twice. We enjoyed the sea, the gardens, the pool and especially our little granddaughter.
