This apartment has great location - right at the beach, you just need to cross a road (this is info for families with small kids, yes, there's road in between the building and the beach). The beach is huge, very wide, with sand and thousands of sunbeds to rent. We stayed here in May, which was off season still and the beach was almost empty, few people, we could just use any sunbed for free to enjoy the stay at the beach. We could even take our dog to the beach at the beginning of May (May 1-5). However, the sea itself was not very clean and nice even at this time of the year. The apartment itself is small, one bedroom with 3 beds (one double bed and one single) and some closets, there's toilet and bathroom with shower - big enough for 2 people to fit. The bedroom has a balcony facing the building next-door. the balcony is mainly for drying towels. The living room + kitchen area is big enough to accommodate 4 adults, it was perfect for us (2adults + 1child +1dog). There are additional 2 balconies facing the beach and the sea. The balconies are not big, so 2 people can sit there and enjoy a drink, but just great to unwind at the evening. No furniture at the balconies, but you can use chairs from kitchen. The kitchen has all basic dishes, no salt/sugar nor basic spices. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor (n.2 if I remember correctly), there's an elevator. You need to climb 10stairs to get to the elevator from the main entrance of the building. Parking is 5min walk from the building for free, at the arrival/departure you can park right in front of the entrance to pack/unload. Great thing is the possibility to rent bikes, even for kids!!! (looks like they have a bike for any age). There are restaurants and bars close by. Many were closed at the beginning of May, but 15min walk and you are in the city center with plenty of possibilities.

Amazing location, just by the beach, wonderful view from the balcony, great size of rooms, very clean and well equipped. The hosts are super nice and helpful - great atmosphere. We also loved the possibility to use bikes standing in front of the venue whenever we needed, without even asking. By the way the whole City of Caorle is so beautiful, clean and safe - amazing place for holidays
