The location is great, right on the beach and also close to the main shopping street. You get reserved place on the beach which is convenient. Room with nice sea views. Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall a great stay...

The gym not in great shape, needs maintenance. The breakfast had queues at times for coffee which can be avoided easily with a separate machine or moving the hot water tank a to a different spot.

Breakfast was great, a fantastic selection of food, lots of choices, and high-quality prosecco for dessert. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants, bars, and activities for kids. Plus, a private hotel beach with an umbrella and sun loungers.

There's nothing I would really complain about. Maybe the soundproofing of the doors—we could hear a lot of what was happening in the hallway, but it wasn't anything dramatic.

This is our 2nd stay in this great hotel -as amazing as the first time! It is clean, welcoming, with a great competent staff, we specially liked our receptionist who recognised us (from10 days ago!) and welcomed us in the warmest way. Tha is excellent, as we checked in late she sent immediately the spa kit to our room so we don't lose time as we were busy to park after checking. The roof pool area us also fantastic with a great view and all you need to enjoy fantastic moments on your holidays. And I don't want to forget to mention very nice breakfast experience. All in all, our favourite hotel in Lignano Sabbiadoro!

The check in was fast, efficient, very helpful and competent receptionist offered us possibility of late check out as we arrived late in hotel, also very helpful with parking. She also informed us about wellness facilities and gave us bathrobes and towels. We really felt welcomed. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable with everything we needed. I also liked the fact that attentive stuff don't let you wait for anything, while waiter was busy taking orders from other guests receptionist took our and send us to enjoy the terrace.

Incredible location and panoramic views from the pool level. Good breakfast, wonderful staff and accommodations. Nice rental bikes, and beach towels available.

Pillows were very firm and made it difficult to sleep well. I should have asked front desk for the possibility of a softer pillow.

We had an incredible stay. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant took our breath away! 100% recommended.

It is pretty comfortable hotel with everything you need. Great location, great pool, fast wi-fi.
