This hotel is an absolute top service hotel in Lignano. The breakfast selection is at the level of 5-star hotel, I could not believe my eyes, including gluten-free options. The location and service are amazing - parking for free, beach umbrella with chairs for free (yes - included in the hotel room price) and the beach is 80m away from the hotel, just behind the corner. And the bonus - the promenade is 1min walk from the hotel as well. The room size corresponds to the hotel starts - but what is important - the mattress is comfortable and the room is clean. This became our must-live hotel whenever we are in Lignano.

Excellent location – just steps from the beach and the main promenade, which is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage. Having on-site parking and a reserved spot at the nearby Beach 6 are also huge pluses. The breakfast is varied and satisfying, adding to the overall great experience. Compliments to the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the entire property. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 10 is because the furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, but overall, it's a strong 9 thanks to so many positive aspects.

Very close to the beach, big room with balcony, relaxing atmosfere, divers breakfast, parking free (a gentleman from the hotel is parking the car), 2 bed chairs and umbrella free at the beach. The breakfasts were excellent, large selection of food, was constantly added. Possibility of reffiling water with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location near the sea and restaurants.

Everything else. This is a one-star hotel, it is in no way a 3-star. The entire hotel requires immediate renovation for all aspects. This is the least I can say. I don't recommend it at all, it ruined our trip. Very expensive as if it was a 3-star hotel for real
