The location is good, in the second line near the embankment. Lots of people with dogs, which was fine for us. The apartment has a nice big terrace, but it is very hot in the summer. In general, it was stuffy in the apartment, although the weather outside was cool. There are no nets on the windows, and there were many mosquitoes

Key collection takes place in the center, where parking is a big problem. You can pay extra on the spot only in cash, which was not warned about. Also, the bed linen was issued directly at the reception, it is a very heavy package. During our stay, the lock in the toilet jammed. They came very quickly, but the rest of the time we lived without a handle and a lock in the toilet. When 7 people are in one apartment - it's uncomfortable

We had a lovely stay in Caorle, but what I appreciated the most was the kindness of the receptionist from Venezuela, who was always very attentive and pleasant. I also really enjoyed the beautiful sea view, and the hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. I would definitely come back, though probably not in the summer, as the prices are quite high during that season.

The accommodation was great. Parking on site, elevator available. Really close to the beach. The ladies at the reception were absolutely perfect.

Bed linen could be included in the room. Bed linen, towels and beach chairs are available for an additional fee. You get 1 roll of toilet paper and the kitchen lacks things like salt and sugar.

Place is in 5min walk from the beach. But for swimming you need to go 100m through the beach + 100m in the sea :) (water is not deep) Parking in the hotel with easy access. Parking on the street costs 1.5€ / h The supermarket is in 20 minutes by walk. Beater to use a car. The kitchen is in the room. The place and hotel are ideal for families with kids.

You need to buy a Beach Pass. +10€/day You can get it in the agency Cocal. Otherwise it costs 16€/day. ______ The gas stove uses liquefied gas. This kind of gas requires special training to safely use it. Ask the agency how to use it if you never had such training. Also i did not find proper ventilation in the kitchen.- its simply violates gas safety standards (but might be ok in Italy) Tell your kids to not touch the stove at all!!!

nice location directly near to the sea, also restaurants nearby, 10 minutes by walk to Familla store, 1km to old town, quite area, very nice staff, we would like to come to this accomodation again when visit Caorle :-)

The host was open to later check-in, friendly and available to support with further requests - based on the residence availability. We loved our stay.

The first night there was noise for at least one h (2 - 3 am) in a nearby apartment, also outside, but this depends on the guests, ofc.

Stay here for 3rd time, free parking near the residence, big rooms as for the Italy, almost the first line to the sea, calm and quiet area 10 min walk from historical city centre

The location was good and the apartman was big and comfortable.

Only one toilet roll for a whole family for a week and we should have paid for towel. I think it should have include for this price. No soap, no handtowel.

Sea view on 1st floor was restricted, because in front of balcony is huge tree, but from 2nd floor it is ok. Nevermind, we will visit it again, it is only small detail

The location is close to the beach (though the beach is about 200 m wide so you have to walk a bit to the sea). Parking is reserved according to your room number, so you shouldn't worry that someone else could take your parking place. Air conditioning, nice bathroom, large balcony.

Though it is close to the beach, it is quite far from town center (about 15-20 min walk). Lots of mosquitoes around 8.30-9.00 in the evening, making it hard to enjoy a beer on the balcony at night. You have to buy your own supplies (soap, toilet paper, sponge, detergent ). I guess this is mentioned somewhere when you book the room, but I wasn't aware of. Sunbeds cost an extra 20 euros / day.
