The location is amazing, close to everything, you can park infront of the flat with closed gates, makes easy to pack your stuff inside. The agency was very helpful with everything( will definitely chose them again if visiting Caorle)

The beds were uncomfortable, if you open the sofa bed is on the way of the entrance, no mop to mop the floor, the beds are smelling bad, no covers just for extra fee(still not the normal cover, more of a bed lining) can put a bit more effort in cleaning

Apartment well equipped, quite big space, fitting the needs of 2 adults and 2 small children. Excellent location in the city center, but still not so noisy, we can describe it as calm and quiet! Close to the beach, 5mins walking. Close to shops and restaurants.

The photos on booking are not showing the apartman you get - we were expecting a nicer apartman with big terrace according to the photos. The balcony and terrace was small and quite unusable for staying on, we just used them for storing beach stuff and drying clothes. The guests above us were having parties often till late night which was very loud and made it hard to sleep, but if you got “normal behaving” neighbors it is no problem.

Location - close to the bech,city centre, still relatively quiet. Separate bedroom,large balcony, washing machine.

Mattresses were uncomfortable. The couch in the kitchen/living room took all the place,as the kids were sleeping on it. Gas oven not working, but we just tried once and have not requested a repair. Dirty hallway,was cleaned on the 3rd day only despite all apartments were occupied.

Very central located, what is super when you walk in the city for dinner.

No air-conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room, and it was not in indirect connection... We had to open the terrace door to get fresh air at night, but the surrounding was very noisy because of selective garbage bins - garbage collection came at night + a lot of people took their glass garbage into the selective bin by day-break which also caused a big noise... No sweeper (one was broken) and mop to clean the floor.

Great location, parking slot, stylish and efficient way of arranging the appartments, clean and friendly. the beach if well arranged and was nice to spend time on despite of the high season and lots of tourists

it was rather pricy and croweded (the city all in all) comparing to other similar destinations we wisited in this tour (Italy, Greece, Spain) but it's market and the time so barely can blame the hotel for this :)

Smaller problems occur every vacation. Here, the staff of AGENZIA COCAL quickly tried to help in everything, and they did. They even managed to solve the seemingly impossible. (to find a vet on Sunday evening!)

The bed was a bit soft for me. next year, I will make sure that I do not book a room with a bunk bed for my 195 cm tall sons.

No sunbed at beach area was covered, no flexibility to use parking place on leaving day till noon time

Very good and quiet location and a vast terrace, well-kept and modern house. Good parking in the yard.

Usually, there are dishwasher-tablets and basic cleaning detergents available, but not this time. Would help to keep places clean, also for the benefit of the renter. In Italy, it is a bit extraordinary that there are no wine-glasses available.
