We really enjoyed our stay in this place. We were staying there for 5 nights. Train station is 10-15 minutes walk, nearby is supermarket where you can buy anything you want. We appreciated that dogs are welcomed and suppose our dog was not disturbing other guests😊

Only what we were missing are eggs for the breakfast, but otherwise everything was fine 😊

The hosts were super kind and accommodating. Wonderful croissants and tea/coffee as well as other options for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Ample parking for several vehicles - which is located in the back of the property. The hosts even provided a coupon to a local restaurant nearby when we were looking for dinner reservations.

A few simple vegetables with breakfast would be a wonderful addition.

I really enjoyed the kindness of the host of the hostel (Giorgio and Valentina). They were kind and helpful with the kids and with the tourist information or local places to visit with kids, which sometimes could be difficult.

The only thing that annoy us to some extent, it was the noise isolation of the room. As the hostel is relatively close to the railway line, during the night when he train was running nearby you can hear it.

We definitely liked the atmosphere, the owners really tried to make us like it here. Breakfast was plentiful and the homemade pancakes were delicious. The room was not large but quite standard for Italy. Everything was spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the parking in the inner courtyard, because in general in Italy parking is not very good.

Breakfast is amazing. It was so delicious. The owner was very sweet and kind. They are really relating to us. The room was very clean. The hotel looks like an art gallery. If you travel to Venice by car, you can stay at this hotel. It is almost far away 50mins from Venice. It should be better. It was really good experience for us.

Everything was very good, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The design is very nice and good quality. The staff is very polite, friendly and there is a family atmosphere .

Although this was just an overnight stay, the owners/hosts were extraordinarily helpful with all our requests (refrigeration of our food, departure time etc.). They also answered all our questions about the surroundings and nearby beaches, which helped us a lot. Lignano was a great choice. The rooms were spotless clean and beautifully arranged, the mattresses were nice and hard (we prefer hard to spongy). The breakfast, including freshly made pancakes and a capuccino, was yummy, thank you!

Very kind accommodation providers in very nice building. The rooms are very clear and very comfortable. If you ask my children about what was the bes they will answer you: the pancake for every breakfast :)

Breakfast is extra value. Staff is ok. Room is clean and serves the purpose.

Train runs near the house. It is funny to listen to it when you go to bed. Noise is really strong.

Nice rooms and good breakfast, managed by a great couple.

Just in front of the train passing across the road. However double glazing windows protected well from noise.
