We are on a bike route so it’s perfect to find a place that’s easy to find, easy to access and has all the facilities you need. You can check in after 12:30 which is very early. Turn up at the hotel, ring the bell and a member of staff will take you to your room, which is likely in another building. Ours was about 150m away. Room for bikes, use of a communal washing machine (in room with bikes), good sized room, large comfortable bed, good desk, balcony (no view on ours), quiet, good bathroom and fridge/freezer and basic kitchen including coffee machine. Good bathroom. Great air conditioning, Tv on wall but not huge. All in all a great spot. We also ate in the restaurant attached to the accommodation. It was superb. Service very good but the gnocchi was outstanding. There is also a very good small wine bar further along and the town itself is quiet and pleasant.

The Wifi was sketchy the night we arrived but didn’t work at all the next morning. We carry a dongle so it didn’t matter but you may want to check beforehand.

We stayed here one night on the way home from South Italy to Hungary. The location is good, not far from the highway, 20-25 mins from Bibione for a last beach day. Our apt was in the new building called " Dependence 2". New, clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, comfy beds. Our room faced the main street, with closed windows it was not noisy. The bike route is a few minutes away and had a great morning run there. Breakfast (sweet and savoury options, good coffee) is in the main building, 2 min-walk from "Dependence 2". TV with lots of channels if that matters :)

We could not figure out how to switch on the air con in the kitchen but did not bother to ask as the building was not too hot.

Free parking nearby. The breakfast was really good, as the reviews show. There was a wide variety to choose from, unlike the rest of Italy. Staff was very friendly, some speak good english. The appartment is very spacious.

Church bells ringing at odd hours (this is naturally something the hotel has nothing to do about, but have in mind if you are a light sleeper). The sofa bed in the living room wasnt super comfy. All the pillows in the appartment are super-stiff.

We were just passing through, stayed one night at this accommodation, and got a whole apartment. The apartment was clean and cool, with plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and we could park our motorbike right in the inner court of the building. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast is plentiful and they serve very delicious coffee. We were completely satisfied with everything.

I can only say the best about accommodation at Hotel Ristorante Cigno. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to answer all your questions. The location of the hotel is exceptional since within a few minutes you can connect to the highway and if you prefer to travel by train, the train station is 300m away from the hotel. The food in the hotel is very tasty. There are several markets near the hotel. This hotel is simply perfect for a vacation in Italy.

I really liked everything and I have no idea what could be better.

The hotel was strategically located in the heart of the city. The entire staff was very kind. The room was outstanding, super clean and for 4 nights I felt like at home. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered a large variety, dinner at the hotel was superb...best pizza I ever had (this is coming from USA Jersey girl). All was great

Our kids were really tired and hungry from the trip (we came from Siena) and everyone was extra nice and helpful at dinner. One of the staff brought everything for drawing. The room was amazing, equipped with water and even coffee. Breakfest was huge and we had various options to choose from. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay.

We ordered spaggetti with clams and there were pieces of shells mixed with pasta so it was a bit challenging to eat.

The room was really nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We really loved the location - in the middle of the lovely, charming town of Latisana where you can have a walk, grab an ice cream or a drink and make wonderful photos. The staff was really nice and friendly. The pizzaria was great as well. Very tasty pizza and wonderful atmosphere. We definitely recommend the place! 😊

We love the city, and the apartment is right in the middle of it. Brilliant breakfast, spacious apartment, coffee, tea, bottled watered available. Our third time in town, first in this hotel, no thinking where to stay next time :) "we'll be back" :)

The building (dependance) was recently renovated and very comfortable, silent at night, and relatively close to the city center and the train station. The staff was very noice and the breakfast was superb. The rooms had a small kitchen with almost all you need.

The check-in process could be improved. The parking is not exactly beside the reception, so the check-in operations might be better explained especially if you plan to carry with you heavy luggage.
