We were in transit. Good for one night, quiet. Good breakfast.

We arrived late, before 24, when the hotel was locked. We announced that it is possible to be late. They informed us that after 24 hour no chance to enter. Maybe they can find a modality to let the key for those who are late. We were on the road 10 hours, stuck in traffic for long periods, Sunday.

The location was fine, we were looking for a hotely in the city but the same close to Lignano and this hotel fullifield it. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant dowstairs, where we eat dinner was in pleasant athmosphere and the food was delicious! Breakfast was good. I appreciate easy parking if front of the hotel too. Christmas decorations were beautiful on the reception.

There was quite a lot of molf under the bath… Also around the bath… Very long waiting for hot water.

Very nice location, peaceful feeling lobby area. Very quiet. Room was good size, good air con, nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choice of savoury and sweet options. Restaurant was excellent for dinner.

The shower cubicle needs replacing. Sliding door a bit past it and a bit of mould in tiles

All went well, a relaxing night in a quiet area. The owner was kind, the breakfast was good with friendly group of other guests. Interesting old photos on the wall show us how the area looking 60 years ago. Thank you.

My room had a nice balcony, spacious room with spacious bathroom, everything super clean! In this price category absolute perfect, for my taste. Both receptionist at arrival and departure were very nice and helpful. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and would come back any time!

The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient. The hotel is well located, the center can be reached within a few minutes' walk. We would love to come back.

The bar fridge cooled poorly, the temperature setting did not work.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful as we had the opportunity to stay in a separate apartment-style flat, which was clean and perfect for our one-night stay. The hotel's restaurant stood out with its friendly staff and delicious food.

Everything. Supermarket and stores very close by, nice breakfast, beautiful comfortable lobby. Room balcony. Minutes away from train station by inexpensive taxi

Nothing not to like

Great staff, really helpfull and kind. Nice location in the heart of Latisana and peaceful, easy to find and you also have free parking space. Delicious breakfast with nice coffe. Option of having dinner. The room was nice just a bit old. Same with bathroom, which had a bath.

We were woken up by loud banging and drilling above us - there was some construction being done in the morning. Could use a renovation in general.

Our room was quite cold ( our visit was in January). Maybe because the hotel was a little quiet it would have been too expensive to run the heating on full
