There are English speaking guests at the resort, please print the safety rules in English, not just German. Other guests abusing the rules: Smoking when prohibited Jumping in the lagoon Leaving dogs alone all day in the houseboat Running up and down the lagoon walkway Not supervising their children at the pool so that they were disturbing others Noise during the quiet hours

New family adventure. Everything was really wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that it truly is as described, it’s green everywhere! The kindness of the staffs, cleanliness, panorama, tranquility, and services offered make it a splendid place to relax. The boathouse is well divided and the terrace is super nice! Clean and wide pool, offered private beach access was not too crowded and around 5mins drive with safe parking areas.

Toilet flush sounds like it does in the plane but we got used to it.

The location is beautiful. Tranquil place next to the river and a short drive into town and the beach. Houseboats are very cute and comfortable. The views are really nice from the terrace. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed the cappuccino! And mosquito nets in the windows are very useful in summer time!

The houseboat furnishing was a bit outdated. The smell coming from the bathroom was very unpleasant and no way to open a window to ventilate it. Since is a houseboat and perhaps a a good to know is that there is a very loud noise that boat makes when the water is being emptied. Almost sounding like a thunder. It scared us a bit and perhaps the loudest place you can hear it is in one of the bedrooms (just don’t flush or do anything with water late at night).

The boat houses are very cleverly set out and this was perfect beach holiday for 2 adults & 2 children. The children loved the swimming pool and freedom/safety of the resort.

There was a problem with our booking and we had to pay a substantial additional amount to our stay which was not budgeted for. bookings.com needs review their booking system that children ages must be entered in order to confirm a booking, even though we had a booking for 2 adults 2 children, the price with the resort was incorrect because the ages were not specified.

Beautiful, big resort with a nice pool. You can play tennis, soccer, basketball and badminton. You can borrow the balls and rackets for free. You can rent a bike for 10 euros a day. The breakfast had everything you need. You can order it to your boat, however, we went on the restaurant boat for breakfast. On the boat is everything you need - cooking utilities, blow dryer

The boat is quite loud when there is wind. And when you shower or flush the toilet, it is really loud since there are special pipes. The pool was really cold.

Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.

The curtains could cover a little bit more the windows, so there is less light in the morning. It's true that the evacuation of water was noisy but we get used to it.

Pool was exceptional and very clean Everything in the resort was reachable very fast by bike and all other locations too (beach, restaurants, zoo, shopping etc.)

Value for money could be better. Especially the breakfast buffet could contain more local food (like salami, cheese or fish stuff)

This is a fun place to stay, the grounds are beautiful, its very clean and breakfast on the bigger boat was great as was the pool.

The smell from the bathroom/drains is what would put me off a longer stay here. It is more manageable with the door kept shut and all windows open when possible, but I still struggled a bit with the strong smell.

Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The feel of the resort was nice and playful. It was a great experience to have our own little house. It felt like luxurious and care-free camping. Also the restaurant on the boat and the swimming pool were very nice.

Loud plumbing

Sometimes the pool gets too crowded. The toilets also smell. In addition, it would be nice to have some shelter for cars in the parking area because of the sharp sunlight.
