We spent about a week here in september and would go back again when we have a chance and time to do so. The owner is really friendly and flexible, and helped us whenever we had questions and also gave ideas on what to visit. It was great to exchange a few words and smiles with him every day. 😊 The hotel room was spacious and well equipped, and cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of choices to try. Free private parking was available next to the hotel and we also received a beach ticket including an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from there and it is also close to a lots of restaurants, shops etc. and even a bike renting shop, if one would like to go further without a car. We definitely recommend the hotel if one wants to try italian hospitality and spend some memorable days in Lignano!

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, free parking, good atmosphere :) *Breakfast: nice terrace, meals were enough, always fresh fruits, coffeemaker, staff very attentive. *Room: comfortable bed, room was clean, hairdryer, shampoo etc. *Beach: 10-15min to walk, clean, bars& restaurants, parasol&sunbeds available for rent.

As for the low season, almost everything was perfect. The hotel has a safe private parking in the yard and that is obviously a big plus.

Spring mattrass was not the best. Air codintioning (actually, it was a heater for this time of the year) is super loud.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast atmosphere, we enjoyed the easy jazz music. Very clean.

Balcony is not offering a good view- but this was not important to us. Room got very hot (beginning of September) - not a big deal, there is an AC - might be that the room is facing a certain direction.

The best host in Italy, very helpful and nice. Good location to city centre and the beach. Perfect Hotel for a couple of days in Lignano. Breakfeast was really good, fresh breads and good coffee.

Room better than on the pictures, close to the beach, I recommend staying at least 5 days, beach spot is included then, else you have to pay 60€ per day. Nice and helpful staff, rooms cleaning everyday, aircondition works perfectly, no need to set temperature under 20 degrees. Quiet neighborhood in the nighttime, great place to stay with kids. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DOG, that's really cool, check in from 11 o'clock, perfect for night travelers.

I liked everything, parking and breakfast area could be bigger tho, but it's not a big deal.

The location was perfect for us, the breakfast was very good with good selection. The owner was super friendly and even shouted us a beer.

The bed was not very comfortable, they could do with upgrading them.

when we arrived for breakfast, certain foods had already been picked, and on the tray here and there a piece of food (salami, cheese, some already chilled). The staff checked the plates all the way through, but did not replace the new trays with fresh food.
