Stayed for 1 night with family of 4. The location, breakfast, parking, staff all good. The room was clean and had what you need for 1 night. It’s clean and nice.

Yeah the room is small but if you’re not going to spend all the day sitting there (I don’t see a reason to do so) it’s still good to stay there - just to sleep and use the bathroom (which not small I’d say). So for us it was not the issue.

The hotel was clean, the room quite comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Parking and the reserved sunbeds were a nice added bonus. The hotel is close to the beach, there are many shops and even a self-service laundry close by.

Room and the balcony felt a little crowded with 3 people. Bathroom could use some additional shelves to store your toilettries.

Nice room with balcony, confortable bed. Big enogh room with minibar. The included parking was also great and you also get free beach bed and umbrella if you stay for more than 3 nights. Breakfast was also good.

The cofee included in the breakfast for free was bad. Probably you can ask for a proper expresso for a few euros.

Everything is great. The room was smaller than expected. Two grown ups and a baby almost no space to move around and no kettle in rooms. The rest is all good: conditioner, fridge, service, balcony, lift for the stroller, TV,breakfast. Beach chairs included.

Good location relatively quiet, but nearby of beach and downtown.

Breakfast was ok, but one waitress only was not able to react to needs of so many people. The mattress on double bed was like trampoline. When one moved, the other was shot into the air 🙂.

- breakfast was very simple and limited, there wasn't any change during 4 days, very limited amount of ham, cheese and mixed eggs... - thin walls we heard everything from neighborhoods

Close to beach, comfortable room excellent staff, and excellent breakfast. We always stay here in Lignano.

Every day the same at the breakfast... At least a small variation could be better. The coffee machines are not the best. The coffee does not taste. (Maybe they just need a deep wash)

Superb breakfast. Towels were regularly changed. Good location.

The fridge didn't work in the room, we were proposed to use the fridge on the ground floor.

Comfortable hotel, in a quiet and beautiful area. We really like the breakfast, the parking place, and the area.
