Cute little family-run hotel among the Pinea trees with small, but cozy pool and very nice terrace. Breakfast was superb, staff were kind and helpful as well. Camilla for President! :)

Despite placing the "Please don't disturb / No cleaning" sign the cleaning lady entered my room every day. I also told her to please not change my towels, but she did not respect that either. I didn't complain on the spot, but I would like to point out that this is not ok (invasion of privacy, ignoring the guest's request).

That is a lovely place for stay in a calm and silent part of Lignano. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful anytime we need something (sewing kit, or additional charger:)). Having coffee machine in the room and small kitchenette gives us a possibility to have warm drinks when we need it. Big wardrobes and place for storage is as well an advantage of this hotel.

Maybe at least one warm dish for breakfast could improve the final result however the general impression after the breakfast is completely fine: selection of sweets and ham and cheese with vegetables was ok.

First of all very friendly staff and owners! Any question or request in this short time was answered from everyone, which one values a lot! Amazing location, quiet, still just a few minutes walk till the center or the beach with reserved sun beads for a great price. The room was spacious, with great utilities and very clean, like the rest of the hotel! Great breakfast on a nice terrace, with something for everyone! Definitely coming back!

The Staff is very helpfull. The Owner helped us with our luggage. The Umbrellas are cheaper than at the beach. We've booked it for a much better price, direct at the hotel. You get the confirmation and go to the beach office. We also got two bikes rented at the Hotel for Free! We've had a very comfortable time. Thanks!

Kind staff, clean rooms at a very good location, everything is just around the corner. I would recommend it to families, friends and couples too.

The manager and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a good central location for getting around that area and the facilities/pool were maintained well.
