The property was located very closely to the office beach number 7 in Lignano Sabbiadoro (~5 min walk) and around 10 mins away from the City Center that was full of restaurants and small shops. The hotel also allows small dogs (up to 10 kg) and the staff, as well as all the other people in this town, loves dogs and was very friendly to our dog. The cost for the stay of the dog is 10€/day. The house keeping lady was super polite and understanding of our dog. We could also borrow a bike from the hotel, which was included in the price of our stay and we also had a reserved spot at the beach which included an umbrella and two chairs, which was included in the booking price as well. The breakfast was just amazing as well as the politeness of the waiters. The hotel also had (limited) parking spots (first come, first serve). Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice location with everything in wakling distance as it should be. We did not try the beach because the in-house pool was too convinient and just a few steps outside of our room. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choice and until late. The hotel manager was extremely friendly and made a lot of personal effort in providing guests a comfortable and relaxing stay

The room keys are a bit quirky ... takes patience to figure out the process to get into the room :-)

Location was centrally placed to almost everything....beach, bars and restaurants. Pool was in a great location had plenty of sun all day, the pool was well heated, probably to warm.

Bathroom was adequate, but could be alot better...bigger shower area, position of toilet could be better, hall way light sensor needed a longer time, maybe 30 seconds longer.

Very clean, very nice personnel, nice pool. We brought a dog and that was fine, room was big enough to set up a crate. Bikes were free to borrow and ride to Sabbiadoro. As from 3 nights you get a free sun umbrella and 2 beds on the beach.

Breakfast was not that good. Eggs, bacon and coffee was a little cold.

Close to the beach . We got to rent bikes to ride.

English spoken was good enough but still a little of a struggle to communicate. Best to use google translate.
