Overall this was one of our best stays in Lignano we ever had. Friendly and helpful staff over all of the employees. The rooms were well equipped and very clean and there was also enough space for the clothes - not typically Italian. The breakfast was exceptional and had standard like international hotel companies.

The only little thing to complain was the shower cabin. Even if i am not oversized it was very tiny. But this is only a complain on a high level.

The staff - Stefania, Dalila, Georgia and Erika - was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. Communication was great and the location of the hotel was perfect. They even wash clothes for me. I felt like my experience in this hotel was so different from others because made me feel at home.

Unfortunately I could hear the noise from other rooms. If people would have been less noisy, my stay would have been absolutely wonderdul.

Really friendly helpful staff, everything was very clean and the gardens were well kept with bright flowers. Excellent variety for breakfast. Lovely relaxing by the pool.

Hot water took some time to come out of tap.

The reception staff and Claudio in the outside bar were very friendly and accommodating. The free use of bikes was great, as was the daily breakfast buffet.

The accommodation is close to the sea, in a beautiful environment. Rooms are sparkling clean thanks to daily cleaning. The staff is very nice and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We were able to have breakfast together with the dog! 🥰 Parking is easy. It was a perfect choice to spend your vacation!

The location is perfect, close to everything. Didnt have to worry about a car cause it was parked in the parking lot. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating; I would go back in a heartbeat. The location was also great, and the fact the hotel had bikes to use made the experience so pleasant.

Everything was fine. We had a great stay and we will come again. We were really satisfied with the service and all hotel properties.
