Excellent 60's style hotel, very well kept in a beautiful location. It's family owned and run which you see in the excellent breakfast (home-baked stuff, real table cloths!), super clean rooms, well-maintained interior (original furniture!). The location is perfect; in the quieter side of Lignano, close to the clean beach and under the pine trees.

Everything was great, very nice people, probably best service and even we did not speak Italian, we always got great sweet and great reactions. Nice view, perfect breakfast, comfy beds, very clean, parking was possible, hotel where we would be happy to go again!

Windows on room, balcony door and toilet were like veery old wooden windows, so we needed to be careful and outside noise was bit audible

A great hotel with a pristine clean pool on site. Set close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants so you have an easy time to find some amusement around. Family run business where you simply could feel yourself at home.

Breakfast could be richer when it comes to healthier food (e.g. pure oat flakes, some beans, more vegetables).

Very good location, very kind staff! Nice little room with comfortable bed and perfect airconditioner and terrace. Great breakfast. The hotel also offers a nice, clean pool - it looks good but we prefer sea when in Lignano :)

Bathroom could be a bit better - not that there is anything wrong with it, only shower cabin could be a bit more reasoned. Parking is tricky, hotels have limited parking spaces reserved - but it is how it goes in the area, nothing Eden can do about it, just be prepared for that.

We had a great time, we were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very varied. The beach was close. Thank you very much for everything.

It really looks a bit like Eden, the pool is very nice and around the hotel it is all very green with beautiful flowers. The breakfast is very good and the hotel is overall really clean.

Very clean, the a/c was working well as the fridge in the room. The staff was extremly friendly. The pool is big enough, and the water temperature pleasant. The breakfast is awesome!

Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the big nice Sandy beach. the room was very clean. Air conditiong helps a lot in a hot weather. Reach breakfast for three stars hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite place with swimming pool and chilling area around. Parking! Very important! We really enjoyed the hotel. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. Clean and confortable room, nice balcony with street view. Nice swimming pool by the hotel. Excellent breakfast and very kind hotel staff. About 500m to the beach (~5-10 min. walk). Free parking near the hotel.
