I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the entire staff. However, two individuals truly stood out and made my stay truly unforgettable - the chef in the kitchen and the waiter, Salvatore. As a guest with celiac disease, dining out can often be a challenge, but the chef and kitchen staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free requirements. Every meal I had was not only safe for me to eat but also incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and the care that went into preparing my meals did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the effort that was put into ensuring my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Salvatore, the waiter who took care of me during my meals. His knowledge of gluten-free options and his willingness to answer all my questions and address any concerns made me feel truly valued as a guest. His friendly demeanor and professional service added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience, and I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding hospitality. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect, thanks in large part to the extraordinary efforts of the chef and Salvatore. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions, as they will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The staff was great, were friendly and approachable, speaking multiple languages. Any and all problems we encountered were handled in a super efficient manner with a very accomodating approach towards the guest. The rooms were always cleaned to near perfection. The top of our stay, however, was the food, which was actually better than the restaurants in vicinity that we tried - it was a neat mix of mediterranean and european cuisine, with a choice of several meals every day, so that we always found something and were never let down by our choice. The beach was like 2 minutes walk.

The Rooms were quite small, only really suitable to sleep in, which is in my experience typical for Italy. The biggest issue was parking, as there was not enough room at the hotel parking space to accomodate all the guest and parking on the street was subject to availability and payment.

The room temperature was perfect after arriving from the beach. The staff was nice, decent breakfast, only that I missed two days due to their tight schedule up to 10 am (I like sleeping late).

Sheets were always clean, as well as the towels, although the bathrooms seemed that haven’t been cleaned thoroughly in a long time (but here might be only my opinion). For dinner, you have to choose two items out of a list of 10 dishes, the food is ok but I would rather have a menu to choose from and not being forced to have a small selection of choices (again might only be my opinion).

Calm swimming pool under the trees where we hung out most of the time (the beach was way too hot but the hotel patio was just perfect with some shade). Good food! Yes the buffet doesn't vary much but we were very happy about it and to be able to find our favorites the next day. The main dishes change every day, they were also good, same quality you would find in any average restaurant in the area. Super close to the beach! Less than a 5 mins walk under the trees. We rented 2 bikes for free at the hotel and rode around Lignano and up to the harbor - 20min ish. Room was very small, but looked like it was recently renovated and was clean. Perfect for our 3 nights. Would definitely recommend to friends, especially those with kids!

Proximity to the sea, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. They have a beach with umbrellas and beach beds included in the price.

Rooms are on a smaller side, but that's all right since we've only been there sleeping. But in the double room, the bed was made by connecting two single beds, and they tend to separate every time one of us rolls in the bed. So you have a feeling you will go through the gap. Aside from that, nothing to complain about.

- the hotel has a great location. Close to the beach. Easy to find and close to other shops at the same time it was still calm enough for family. - great stuff at the hotel's restaurant. Smiling ,great with kids - especially the waiter who took care of us. - food on dinner and lunch was delicious - bikes from hotel - good spot at the beach - clean rooms

-just small things that can be improved. - No glasses/cups in room . This is the first time that we had no glasses/cups in our room. That is standard even for a *** hotel. - Lack of information - there is always either a TV channel with information or a piece of paper with basic info about the hotel and its sevices (wifi password ,what the hotel offers etd.) but it is not the case with this hotel -poor vegetable at breakfast

Very well organized by Check-In ex. Own parking please, reception very helpful with the informations, very clean, you have your own place reserved in Beach. Very uncomplicated with all.

In the room you need a small fridge what we had in the room was not enough. You can’t use it. In the parking place it was hard to drive in and out. Lucky we found our own way.

Nice exterior full of palm trees, clean, very good selection of food at breakfast. The staff was always willing to help and accommodate requests. The pool was a bit on the colder side, but very refreshing and clean. Nice location on the beach with dedicated umbrella - close to a pier with a bar with a DJ playing during sunset (probably weekends only).

The location were the hotel is located is quiet and nice and it is pretty close to the beach.

The room was not very pleasant, with dampness smell. Breakfast was not very varied, we had the same thing every single day. Parking place is small and not enough for all the cars, so we had to park on the streets most of the days.

Wonderful crew, fantastic service and good kitchen. Recommended for longer stay.

Standard room is bit tiny for families and the parking lot is limited, but the parking is free in nearby streets.
