Great reception desk staff. Nothing was too much, they knew lots of information or looked it up regarding where to eat, bus timetables, etc. Very pleasant staff gave very good service and attention to customers. Lovely outdoor seating and inside/outside seating, great bar snacks, great staff made good cocktails. Great location, opposite lovely park, dog friendly too. Free bicycles. Free beach bed rentals. Rooms a good size and room service were thorough and happy to oblige. We enjoyed our balcony to sit outside the room. The breakfast buffet is truly full of variety for example, scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs hot or cold, hams cheeses, nine types of cereal toppings, two main cereals, cheerio's and special K, plain and fruit yoghurts, Benecol type drinks, small bottles bio yoghurts, salmon, KFC style chicken, three types of juices, small bottles tomato juice, fizzy or plain water, unlimited hot teas or coffees, fresh fruits, melons, variety croissants, toasts breads, desserts, mini muffins, desserts varied from panna cotta, tiramisu and Italian cakes, tarts, mini doughnuts, the list is endless and runs till eleven.

First we received a very small room connected to another room (the door between rooms was closed of course) with a very small balcony, but fortunately from the next day we moved to a bigger (normal) room. Be prepared that rooms have small entry to shower place, my husband is xxxl size, such entry was not so comfortable for him . To get a parking place is a loterie. But in general good and quiet hotel

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The food was amaizing. The rooms were very clean. Having a coffee machine was a bonus.

At the 3rd floor, the wi-fi kept cutting out.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. It was great to have an espresso maker and fridge in the room. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have ever had. Totally delicious and topped up constantly, so even when we arrived at 10.30am there was still everything available that is there are 8am. We made use of the free bikes to cycle into town and to the beach.

No negatives, It was perfect for our short stay.

Breakfast is excellent ; over the top.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The buffet is a spread of very good quality of many choices of stuff. There’s everything and more what you would expect. In one word ,the breakfast is SPLENDID!!! We love this hotel . A bonus for us is, this hotel is located right next to our favorite restaurant La Botte which we’ve been visiting since 28 years.

The breakfast is exceptional and the staff are very professional and kind. Air conditioner worked well, shower was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable.

The hotel is located in a great location and has free parking. If you want, you can rent a bike for free. The breakfast was truly exceptional, the owner kept bringing fresh dishes. I recommend this hotel.

the room could be bigger, there was no clothes dryer. The price was overrated.
