* chairs around pool are limited and hotel does not enforce any policies for not occupying chairs if you are not using pool. As a result, within 2 weeks we did not get any single chance to use it because people keep their towels on chairs for whole day * one of our rooms was on the side which faces Luna Park and from 20:00 till midnight there always was loud music, even it is like 1.5 miles away, music went straight to your bones and head * no kettle in the kitchen * not a hotel fault but Aquapark is for kids up to 10y old. Quite boring for older kids and adults

The facility is very nice, particularly the indoor area and the pool. The apartment was nice, particularly the bathroom and bedroom.

We had the one-bedroom apartment, and the living room is very small. The terrace is big and nice, but there is no roof, so if you leave things outside and it rains, it will be wet. We missed some comfortable chairs for the balcony to enjoy the evening.

- The three pools were great for kids of all ages (different depths and temperatures) - The staff was very friendly and helped us with every problem/issue - The whole location and the appartment were very clean - More than sufficient room size / big balcony - It is nice that you have the daily option to go to the breakfast buffet - Very practicable that a big super market is just around the corner

- We spend much time on the balcony in the evening and the seats could have been more comfortable

BEFORE CHECK-IN: We arrived at 8 a.m., then we ask, if its possible to park in the hotel area they said yes, she also told us that if we come at 12, they will probably have room ready (normal check-in is at 16), ROOM & POOL We were group of 7 people The room for almost 8 people is big enough, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 "balconies", kitchen with fridge, microwave owen (standard kitchen equipment...) The pool was clean - i think the open hours was from 8.30 until 22.00 FOOD You can buy breakfast for 10E per person, the breakfast is good (eggs, crossiants, juice, etc...) PAY CASH OR CARD is possible AFTER CHECK-OUT ( until 10 a.m.) we were leaving Caorle at 4 p.m. they dont have any problem, if we leave car in the hotel parking area until 4 p.m. also still we were able to use the swiming pool BEACH Spiaggia di Levante - 5minutes - if you dont want to spend money, just take bigger blanket or towel and just go, you can find here several "fast" restaurants where you can buy french fries, alcohol, non-alcohol drinks and other EVERYTHING WITH THE CARD ALSO FOR THE PRICE was everything perfect

In the pool bar they are taking only CASH

- breakfast - cleanliness - we liked the beds and mattresses - excellent equipment and condition of the apartment - swimming pools - slightly problematic wi-fi and signal, but it was manageable as long as you didn't spend a lot of time on the Internet and only solved the necessary matters - pleasant staff - the possibility of booking an umbrella and sunbeds in the hotel - clean and well-maintained beach, fragrant and clean toilets (I haven't experienced this in a long time) - distance of the hotel from the beach - very suitable for families with small children

- parking - since the garages are fully occupied, you can park for free in the smaller parking behind the hotel. We were lucky, and there was enough place when we arrived, but we witnessed that before the weekend, the parking lot was absolutely full, and arriving guests were waiting and asking others when they free up their space to be able to park their car

Good location, few minutes walk to Caorle old town. Beach also few minutes walk. The pools provide all day amusement for a family, it's good to have opportunity to grab a beer or ice-cream there. All in all it is for an affordable price. Breakfast is good. You can park in front of the hotel for free. The room was very well equipped, we had everything we needed to prepare a great breakfast or a lunch.

The parking lot is comfortable, but it's not exclusively for hotel guests, so it can be full on a busy weekend day. Some NPC hit my car when opening his door and walked away. On a busy day we couldn't sit down in the breakfast room, but the hotel personnel was kind and let us sit down in the lobby.. but still, it's annoying when you can't sit in the restaurant. There was always lack of the popular breakfast items, like eggs, often had to wait for it. So most of the days we ate in our rooms. Some mornings were very noisy. Seagulls often played concerts so that I was struggling to sleep, sometimes the cleaning of neighbouring rooms was scheduled for some early hour, then vacuum cleaner and yelling of cleaning ladies woke me up.

Friendly staff, good location and very clean.

We arrived with 2 children (one 13 and one 3 year old). The apartment had a very narrow (and creaking) spiralling staircase to the upper floor where the sleeping rooms were located, No way to get a bigger suitcase up there and we had to lock the door to the room during the night because there were gaps in the railing so my little one might have fallen through if he got up at night. Very thin walls

Our third Easter time at Hemingway, always happy about the location, quiet, but still close to city center and to the beach, super market behind the corner, perfect pool area - and we always use that even it is only Easter time :-)

We couldnt use AC for heating, as it was somehow set/programmed/locked, and it turned on itself around 8pm, with temperature set to 24, and than turned off itself around 10pm. We were not allowed to change any parameters. Nights were really cold this time and temperature inside the room got very low at night. We had extra blankets from home, so we used them, and it was also first time nights were this cold, but still felt bit unhappy about it

The pool is beautiful and very clean and the beach is one of the most amazing beaches I have ever seen. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. There is parking inside and in front of the hotel. I recommend the hotel and the city

Everything was at a close distance with a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and so on. The room was cozy and bigger then expected (from photos on booking.com).

The parking lot was quite tight, especially for a bigger vehicles. People tent to queue to get in or out. One have to "fight" for the parking or park at the public place.
