The staff was amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. Also the hotel and staff is 100% pet friendly, we could go everywhere with our dog, and also had a welcome kit for him.

We paid all inclusive but they would still charge us if we wanted a different drink from the list, to drink in a glass, to eat something in the pool bar, etc... So we didn't understand why they would call it all inclusive. But besides that, we had a very nice time.

The pool area is wonderful with fresh pool towels every day, music and entertainment. The rooms were clean and had really good air conditioning.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I was sceptical after reading some people’s reviews but it was good value for money for the all inclusive option. There were no extra charges on our account at the end of the trip because we made sure to only eat and drink from the inclusive menus.

The staff and facilities were spot on. The location was a little off the beaten track but there was a bus stop near the local supermarket that takes you in to Cagliari, 45 min bus ride. Marianna on the excursion desk was ever so helpful. The grounds and pool were well maintained beautifully.

The food was a real disappointment, we were half board and opted for breakfast and dinner. The food was lukewarm on most days, not clearly labelled and the tea/coffee machine would often be out of something or the other. Food options were also limited and somewhat repetitive. If the hotel got this sorted our stay would have been perfect.

Excellent theater program with shows and great performers/artists and dancing (congrats to Giulia T!! & Giulia P), good music at night to enjoy a drink or party , very friendly hosts, very complete and good breakfast with a great view on the terrace, fantastic pool area, multilingual and professional front desk personnel. I sure can recommend this resort.

Would be great to have a coffee maker in the room in a 4 star hotel

The hotel was lovely, spacious and a lot to offer during the season. We came at end of October, was quiet but still so nice. Great pool area, right at the sea side. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Nice walk in the evening while the hotel is lit. Comfortable beds, clean and area very well kept. Blooming trees are just beautiful!

It's in the village and nothing around to see or do unless you came by car and can go to Cagliari. No where to eat so you need to eat at the hotel restaurant which is expensive. The sea is rocky, there is a part sandy though. Unfortunately, there were a lot of sea wead so it was unpleasant to go for a swim, which we didn't. The rooms are basic and a little damp, probably because of poor ventilation.

Great hotel for families with small kids - there is a fantastic zoo with various animals including turtles. Our kid could spend hours there. The swimming pool is huge and is nicely decorated with real stones. Nice fitness room. Overall hotel ambiance is interesting in a good way, it feels special. Good beds!

Breakfast is rather basic, I can't imagine having it for more than 3 days in a row. A weird thing in the bathroom - there is no soap in the bathtub, you have to climb out and walk across the room get soap from the shower. No electricity sockets next to the bed. A large step to enter the bathroom (10+ cm). Some parts of the hotel are worn, for example room doors don't close properly, you've got to slam them. And Wifi is a problem, but if you're from EU, mobile internet works just fine in this location.

The Reception staff were amazing 👏 always welcome, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean every day and the housekeeping staff were brilliant 👏 Also I have to mention Ricardo from the reps was the only one who was friendly and new how to treat the guess 👏

The restaurant staff not friendly at all not even a good morning ...breakfast was very good but the food was cold. Also the reps staff were terrible not friendly and the girl doing the salsa and Bachata classes didn't had a clue how to dance I'm not sure what was she doing 🤔 and never smile even once .. Be aware that there are No shops around to buy a pain relief to buy The lifeguards were always on their phones !! You have to pay extra if you waant to use the Sauna and Steam rooms 🫤

The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds . It is a few steps only to the beach again with plenty of sun beds and sun umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was nice with the barista doing good coffee. The rooms were cleaned well daily and promptly with fresh towels. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and the rooms are equipped with mini fridge , safe and air conditioning. Staff at reception were friendly as were staff at the bar. The barista was very efficient and also nice. We did not use the spa. Many hours were spent at the playground and small animal farm at the property which our young daughter loved.

As the evening meal time commenced at 19:30 this was difficult for those with a young family. The online advertised onsite pizza restaurant was closed whilst we were there so perhaps is seasonal. You may need a car to get to shops or restaurants especially if the weather bad and you have young children so require flexibility.

Honestly the kindest, most polite and pleasant staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Anna went ABOVE and beyond to help, we were travelling with 2 kids, toddler and our baby absolutely loved her, having cuddles every time they saw eachother. Claudio was amazing to say the least. He had an instant connection to our baby, and our baby absolutely loved him back. Every time we walked past they had a cuddle, and our little one would put his arms out to him. Never met anyone like these 2 people before, made our stay all that more great, they have this thing about them where they make you feel like family and the most important people there even through the busiest of times! Overall, I would say we were met with the most welcoming and remarkable people❤️ Thankyou so much❤️

The ONLY thing I wasn’t so keen on, was that we were travelling with a toddler and baby, and our room was right above the entertainment and bar, and from about 9/10pm till about 12/1am the music was super super loud, so our room placement wasn’t the best bearing in mind our children, but they were fully booked so I suppose it couldn’t really be helped.
