Comfortable and well-equipped room. Parking on the street in front of the house that seemed safe. Very quiet at night. Nice breakfast tailored to preferences. We were there during a heatwave with outside temperatures of 35C, but the AC handled it without problem. Internet was fine. But the main perk of this place is the welcoming and helpful hosts. They run their place with passion and it felt like staying with friends. Lots of good advice and help. Capoterra is a bit of a non-area, but it is a very convenient base for day trips to Cagliari, Pula/Nora and other places. For us it was important to be able to park safely in front of the house.

Each morning the Hosts checked in with us and gave us several suggestions on places to visit. I definitely think they should come up with an information sheet with beaches, restaurants and historic sites. All the information they gave us was so helpful. The breakfast was great! The Host asked us each day what we wanted to eat and she was very accommodating to our requests. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. The host was willing to make anything I would have liked. Typically fresh croissants, eggs, cheese slices, tea and juice. The B&B is much less expensive than beach front resorts. And one can easily drive to a number of different beaches, as well as see historic sites, etc.

The location of the B&B is perfect for discovering Sardinia with a car - quiet, safe neighborhood, shops, petrol station, restaurants near etc. The hosts we're very friendly and helpful - they recommend us what places to visit, where to dine, where to shop etc. Great breakefast, nice room, recommend!

Very helpful and friendly hosts. Big room with a large bathroom. We felt welcome at all times. I would recommend a car though. There are bus connections but they are not optimal.

Very quite B&B south of Cagliari. Excellent stay for one night. You can visit Cagliari or Pula. The owners very very freindly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. We also had a very good pizza in Capoterra.

Everything. Beautiful and really clean rooms, with all the facilities needed (fridge, cups, kettle, wine opener, air conditioner). Nice balcony l, beautifull arranged garden and amazing breakfast. Felt like being at home. Moreover, the hosts are the greatest that we met till now. They were really helpful finding the most common local attractions; asked what we would like to eat for breakfast and also let us use their washing machine. We made a roundtrip around Sardinia and this place was the most amazing out of all places that we stayed till now.

The owners are very friendly and are very helpful with providing information. The breakfast was good too.

The B & B is a good place as a base although there isn't much in the immediate area. The pictures on the website of the local attractions are a little bit misleading (not walking distance). In Sardinia you need a car so recommend hiring one so you could can get around fine.

Very friendly hosts going the extra Isle to advise us in local restaurants and other practical details. The breakfast was copious and good.

Lovely place with very nice and helpful hosts. The location is quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to and from Catania with the bus. The bus stop is located around 10 min walking. We were asked about our breakfast wishes, which was really cute. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. The hosts are easy going and shared many information with us :) We can only recommend this place :)
