Everything. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We absolutely LOVED the animals, calming and very well behaved. The house and our room were stunning and beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything in the house was super clean and modern. The house is located at the beach and you're waking up to the sounds of the waves. An absolute paradise! The big terrace and the Patio are great for relaxing in the sun. The breakfast was yummy and very lovingly made.

Our quiet triple room had a shared roof terrace overlooking the sea. It was immaculate and beautiful! Very large room with modern bathroom, high ceilings and airco. Bed was king size with a very comfortable mattress. We slept so well! Beautifully decorated and has a fridge with bottles water too. The owners are so welcoming and kind. Nothing is too much. The breakfast and coffee was the best on the island with lots of choices, warm pastries, scrambled eggs and delicious homemade yogurts with fruits. Never stayed in a place so clean so look no further!

La Casa di Nina is a beautiful home by the sea with big palm trees in the garden. There are many cats (five I think), turtles and a friendly dog Lilly. We had nice bedroom with private bathroom, and private terrace with a seaview. There were many marine decors around the house. Breakfast is served in the garden, everyday you can eat fruits, yoghurt, muesli, some sweets like cornetto and bread with local cheeses and ham.

The bathroom could be soundproofed better.

Loved our room and the view of the beach. The breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere & style of the property was beautiful. Really relaxing location & garden and the hosts are very welcoming!

The location is away from tourist areas/vibrant areas but if you have a car, it’s no problem. If you are looking for a quiet place to chill outside Cagliari (or somewhere to work remotely, like I did), then this place is perfect!

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We felt all the time welcomed. Hosts were taking care and fulfilled every wish we had and at the same time not being intrusive. B&B is located right next to the sea, with amazing terase and great view. A very well maintained, beautiful garden, to enjoy a tasty breakfast or just hide from the sun and relax. The whole house and garden are arranged with taste and sense for detail, cosy and clean. The room was very clean, equipped with all we needed including air-conditioning we appreciated very much in the hot summer days. Wifi was a bit weak, but we did not mind, as we preffereed to watch the sea view instead of the screen ;-)

I love this place. It's out of this world - a beautiful house in a big garden with palm trees, flowers and turtles. Every piece of home furnishings is charming. It's right on the beach, so you can enjoy the sun and the sea from the terrace. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious and the owners are super nice people.

There's absolutely nothing that could be improved here - it's just perfect.

Staying in Casa di Nina was a most wonderful experience. Anna and Sandro were perfect hosts, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay - because of their service, as well as because their house is very nice. The breakfasts were rich and very tasteful. The view from the terrace of our apartment on the first floor was awesome. If you have a car, it is not a problem to quickly drive to Cagliari and explore that very nice and interesting city. We would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect

Excellent stay, decent breakfast, great parking options and fabulous stay with great accessibility around the area. The lady host has been absolutely fabulous and the comfort of having an early check-in has been fabulous,

The male host felt a bit disruptive, not as welcoming as his spouse, but still good. Did not ask us about coffee in our last morning there, so no coffee served.

Sandro asked us what we preferred, dolce or salty, (eggs and ham, cheese etc) We opted for salty, it was a different arrangement everyday, with lovely details. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, heating in the room was good we controlled if and when we needed it, plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The terrace is quite large, enough seating and with the sea just 5 metres away, it was a beautiful sight in the morning and a lovely sound of the water lapping at the rocks in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful place close to the beach. Very good breakfast. Close to the local shop. Near nice restaurant and cafe, buss stopp to the city centre. Peacefull ,beautiful nature and godd food. Definately coming back!
