The breakfast was the usual continental style with plenty of fruit, cheeses and meats as well as cereal and juices, I especially like the small crusty rolls, The Hotel was opposite the railway station on one of the main roads into the City, but it was extremely quiet. My room had a good sized terrace and breakfast was served in another very large terrace which guests could sit out in the evening if they wanted to. The room was a good size, with a comfy bed and powerful shower and great aircon.

The Hotel was good I wouldn't change anything., except maybe the speed of the lift, which was a little on the slow side but a useful thing to have.

Our week at Il Gallo Bianco Hotel was wonderful. The location is ideal, close to the historic center and public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh local products. A big thank you to Ramil Mendoza, who made each breakfast warm and pleasant; it was a pleasure to chat with him. Giulia at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly during the booking process and throughout our stay. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cagliari.

This hotel is located within a two minute walk of the train station as well as the bus station, very close to the old town. You can take a train from the Aeroprt to the hotel for less than 2 euro. If you are heading to Poetto beach, the bus stops at the end of the train station and tickets can be bought near by. The breakfast in the morning was adequate if not amazing. The people that worked the front desk and the breakfast area were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our luggage with the front desk and pick it up at a later time without cost. Even though the desk closes at 20:00, if you contact them in advance, they can accommodate later check ins in a hassle free manner. I would recommend this hotel simply for the ease of transportation and access to local areas.

Sometimes in the morning, you would be woken by the clanking of glasses as they set up for breakfast because the dining area is on the hallway with all of the rooms.

I liked the location. As you were close to everything The room was lovely and big for me. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very helpful and kind. Thankyou. I really enjoyed my stay. 😍

Nothing really. It was great. I did suggest that if someone arrives later past office hours it would be a good idea to leave a map of the city out. I couldn’t find one when I arrived.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Very close to train station and 5 min walk to historical center of town. Front desk young lady Aurora was super friendly and breakfast lady was extremely friendly. Room was very clean and modern. Bathroom spotless. It was a great value for the high quality room and amazing breakfast included. Our flight home the next day was in the evening and the hotel offered a 11am checkout and to store our bags until our flight. Very kind and generous.

Location next to the train and bus station. The room and terrace were big. The bathroom was big and nicely done, water pressure excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. They helped us with all the problems we had. We had to book additional night because of the flight cancellation and thus experienced different room that was smaller but recently renovated and was also very nice. We got a good price with discount for the additional night and bottle of nice wine from the lovely staff.

We had a bad luck as the road works were ongoing on the street where our terrace was facing. The noise started at 7 in the morning. We discussed it with the staff and although we didnt get any compensation for the price they offered us a nice bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the terrace in the evening. There was an old wardrobe in the room which looked antique but smelled badly inside so we kept our clothes around the room and chairs. The bathroom was excellent but it would be great to add some more hooks and for the towels and some shelve in the shower for the shampoo etc.

Very clean and everyone was extremely kind & helpful. The breakfast was simple but perfect and the staff was so accommodating. They helped arrange a taxi for our departure too

I had to change flight as I was getting in too late to check-in. There was no iron (normally I wouldn’t care but it says they have them and had planned on it) but honestly that is not a reason to not stay here. They really are great!

Great location right across the road from the railway station so less than 5 minutes walk. However, it was very quiet. Hotel is very modern and very clean. Great choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable and the room is spacious. Train to the airport is only 5 mins away so 20 minutes door to door.

Whilst the location is right next to the station it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and even further into the historic cenrte of the city.

Everything was perfect. The room was great and clean, the staff was helpful and provided with excellent suggestions for things to do/see/eat in the neighborhood.

The quality of the breakfast was very good. As a suggestion however I would have like to have a few more options that were not sweet. Other than that, everything was great.

The room was immaculately cleaned. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. We could see the mountains! The service was impeccable. The staff were so kind and helpful even with the language barrier as they were Italian speaking and we are English speaking. We enjoyed every thing about it. Lovely air conditioning, comfy beds, very central location, and lots of space for suitcases and clothe. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when going again to Sardinia!
