Only 3 min to the central station. I took the very first train at 5.26 AM to the airport to catch my 6.25 AM flight easily. Easy to find, on the main road. Self checkin and self out was easy. They provided detailed instructions along with video demonstration. Clean and tidy. Spacious. Nice view from the terrace. Dining space with all basic utensils and crockeries.

Very poor lift, please avoid at all cost. Take the stairs. No oven in the kitchen. Burner not functioning. It didn’t impact me but good to plan ahead just in case you need these facilities.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and clean. A small bottle of drinking water was also provided, which is great if you're arriving very late in the evening. Balcony is a great addition. Check-in / check-out super easy and straightforward.

There was a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom in room 1. The noise level (construction next door/building, the family on the third floor, guests on the floor coming/going late in the night etc) was very loud... construction works starts at 8am.

The room and bathroom were really spacious, the equipment new and in good condition. The self-check-in and check out we're super easy. Also the staff (communication via WhatsApp) was really helpful.

Excellent location, clean and nice room, the room was cleaned and tidied up although we were there for 2 nights. No remarks.

The late check in time - 3 pm. My credit card was charged 3 months before the stay, though it was a free cancellation reservation, and charged from a POS terminal located in Hong Kong and my bank blocked my card :D I didn't like the multiple reminders about online check in and about the check out both in Whatsapp and in the Booking app, I guess a lot of guests forget to do these.

Location had excellent access to train bus and airport Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Checkin was easy. Pricing was very reasonable. Close to the water front, ampitheater and alot of other sites. Restaurants close by with many to choose from. Would definetly recommend staying here. Would love to return again in the future.

Quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location to explore the city. The room was clean and nicely furnished, the dining room had a fridge with a shelf reserved for our room, we did not use it, but it's very useful to store water and delicious Sardinian food products you might want to bring back home :) They also kindly let us leave our bags in the room a few hours before our check-in, which was very much appreciated. Very happy all in all!

There was a balcony outside our window, but no door... so we weren't quite sure if we could access it and how. It was not really a problem, but next time we will probably ask the staff :D

We stayed for just one night because we had a flight the next day, and it was the perfect choice. Super comfortable, clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very practical. Self check-in, easy-to-find parking in the building area, and great interaction with the host. It's just a few minutes' drive from the center of Cagliari, which was also very convenient for us. We highly recommend it!

Good location if you need to travel by train or reach the airport fast. It is also close to the center (a chill walk). The apartment was a good size, has a balcony, tv. It is super nice and tidy. The bed was comfy, the linens were clean, and the towels were ok. Both the room and bathroom were well equipped for a short stay. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was cool too. The shared kitchen was big and pretty well equipped. The owner was nice to leave some oranges, coffee in the kitchen and water in the room. Communication with the owner was very good.

Room 1 had a bad smell coming from the bathroom (like a sewage type of smell). We recommended the owner to check this and she was very receptive and told us to take care of it. Unfortunately during our stay, we had to live with it. We stayed 3 nights and were mostly out during the day. The soundproof is not good at all and this room has walls to the shared kitchen. This could be a problem if the other guests are loud but ofc this cannot really be controlled by the owner. Balcony view is not the best, but it is good to have anyway, especially when having a table and chairs.

Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the restaurants and shops and on the other side also short walk to lungo mare. Apartment, as well as other shared premises, is very clean. It is very easy and fast to communicate with the owner.

Wish there was small fridge in room. Even tho there was big fridge in kitchen which was available for all.
