The checkin procedure was flawless -- someone from the reception accompanied me around the block to show me the room and make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, near the train station, central, and with a variety of restaurants nearby. A strong WiFi. Clean bathroom with a good corner shower with doors that closed properly.

I assumed there would be a kitchenette, but the misunderstanding was entirely my fault. No kitchenette, only a small fridge placed below a large shelf containing everything needed to make tea -- exactly as shown on Booking.com.

The location of the property is just awesome! Even our hired car had a parking space right in front of the building / it costs 15€/ day but thats ok. You are in the middle of the city and just a few steps away from everything.

The breakfast… we are not fans of sweet breakfast, so we were not happy with the croissant and marmelade and nutella, also we love coffee and everyone had only one in the morning which we definitely need more usually. But well there are a lot of places to go and have some toasts or eggs!

Old world charm, in a historic building. Great location. The staff were helpful, and translated my english on their phone etc.

It depends on what you are looking for. It is an old building and a section of it is the hotel. You need to walk up some steps to get to it. Reception is often closed, although I could always reach them on whatsup. I needed to ask for things like a tea or coffee. Bring your hand lotion and a mug from home. It felt like an old fashioned hotel, no gym or smart cards, and the room is not optimised for space. Personally, i liked that.

Handy location, close to stations, port and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff who communicated with us beforehand. Room was a good size and clean, and bathroom was fine.

Key at street entrance did not work very well, took a while to open the door each time. There's a technique that we weren't told about.

We stayed at room number 2. The room itself is good and clean also the AC works great. It is a good stay for a short term. The self check-in is very nice and easy. Bed was very comfy, we were knackered from our long journey and easily fell asleep.

The shower is very small. Also, if you have loudy neighbours you can easily hear them talking on the room next doors.

The accommodation was excellent – comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and only 5–10 minutes to lively streets full of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

Perfect location for a quick stay. Very nice staff. You can leave your luggage after your stay in the reception. The appartament is clean and nice.

There could be a small kitchen somewhere. And I had a coffee machine in my room but no capsules to prepare it. It is not high, on the 1st floor, but without a lift it is not easy with a heavy luggage.

Location is great - old city center, close to the sea, close to the main streets, close to the historical sites.

The description says there is free parking, but there is NO FREE PARKING! If you are very lucky, you will find a payable parking somewhere close.

I loved our family room. The receptionist was v.helpful and the location is excellent. The breakfast was simple but good value for money. The room was clean and tidy.

Very prepared and welcoming staff, best location in the city, views of the main avenues yet very quiet room, clean and tidy, easy check in and check out process.
