The hotel is 5 min walk to Cagliari train station (and from there, it is 10 min by train to Cagliari Airport). It is 1h 30 min walk to Poetto beach, and I really reccomend go walking instead getting a taxi/bus, as you can go walking close to the coast (marvelous view). The breakfast was good, but do not expect many varieties. In general staff were friendly. The room was big, clean and comfy. I reccommend the hotel. And I would book again in a next time.

They always say it’s all about location—and I couldn’t agree more. Traveling solo, I found this hotel to be in an ideal spot for nearly everything: the train, buses, restaurants, shops, and the charming old town were all within easy reach. Even the beach was just a bus ride away, with the stop conveniently located a quick seven-minute walk from the entrance. Everything was perfect. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The rooms themselves were simple yet spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was modest but satisfying—just what you need to get fueled up and ready for adventure.

The position is perfect: pedestrian street (no noise) 5 minutes walking distance from train and bus stations. My room was incredibly big, good size for bathroom as well. The airco and the elevator are old but work. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast was included in the price. There are a terrace and a gym. You can store your luggage at the desk.

Communication, about everything, should be improved. Breakfast service was chaotic and with less choices than you would expect from a continental breakfast. The room was smelling old, apparently air doesn't circulate enough. The terrace was extremely dirty.

This wasa good choice of a hotel for my conference. In the heart of the historic Marina District, yet also 1 min walk from a bus that takes you to the university. Yet in the hindside I wopuld probably stay in the Villanova district since Marina is a bit crowded with toursists but Ok, you are in the middle of the action. The room itself is spatious, has high ceillings and a modern bathroom. Breakfast is fine, lots of pastry options, with eggs for an extra price.

The furniture and decor is a bit dated but the room size and ceillings are more important for me.

Initial impression was that it was a little tired. But our room was very spacious, the bathroom modern (and great to have a bathtub!). The bed was very comfortable and the linen crisp. There was no view, but the room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and not overfacing, nicely presented and the breakfast terrace is a gorgeous space with views and non-stop entertainment by the swifts. Reception was very helpful in looking after our luggage.

One tiny thing - trains only run every 2 hours on a Sunday, not every 30minutes!

The hotel is in the very historical center of Cagliari (Marina) very close to the train station and 5-15 minutes from "movida" and main monuments (Castello). It is in a building of lots of decades ago but is fully recently renewed. Three star hotel, not luxury but well equipped and clean. Very good breakfast for a 3 star, varied, fresh and not packed stuff. The staff is helpful: a problem with the illumination in my room was rapidely solved at 10pm, and they proposed me to change room in case. I reccommend, good value for money.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location, couldn't be more central to so many bars and restaurants. Train station is only a few minutes walk away. Staff on the front desk were very friendly and girl who checked us in found us a room ready even though we arrived very early. Room and bathroom were spotless and air con worked brilliantly which was well needed in 38 deg heat! Breakfast was very nice, usual meats, cheeses, bread, fresh fruit, lots of cakes. And the setting on the 4th floor terrace was very pleasant every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The 4th floor terrace is advertised as being open all day but no one was ever in it once breakfast was over (anytime we went up). Maybe needs to be promoted a bit more for guests to use it, it's a lovely spot but needs atmosphere. Be lovely to sit and have a drink there in the evening time if there was a barman and other people around.

The Hotel is located right in the centre of all amenities, close to the Port, hundreds of Restaurants and Bars available, close to the main shopping area, I would not looking elsewhere for a short stay in the City of Cagliari. The room was spacious, clean, nice big bathroom too. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was included and offered a great range of products ( and the breakfast staff were very good and professional under pressure). Overall excellent value for money.

Very central location with so much bars and restaurants in the area Room was quite big. Bed was okay, mattress a bit hard for me and my wife. Although located in the centre, the room was very silent. No noise from outside. Breakfast location on rooftop is really nice with the morning sun. And breakfast options were good, but nothing fancy. Staff was really nice and helped us carry our stuff to the room. We had several bags and a big stroller with us.

We arrived by car on friday evening. Finding a parking was quite a challenge in the area. But it could have just been bad timing. Nothing else to complain about.

We were in an adjacent building that is freshy and modernly renovated with lift for the first floor, so the whole design and room feels very new and modern! Very clean and comfortable, great bathroom, with kind staff. Very delicious breakfast with a lot of savour and sweet options, barista - made coffee and many more, served on the balcony! There's also option to have a drink in the evening on that balcony. In city centre, super close to the train station and parking next to it, in pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants, bars etc. nearby.
