The first welcome by Mr.Luca was super nice and friendly, and the antique aspect of the place is wonderful. My room was super quiet at night, something I appreciated a lot. Mr Luca shared his favorite places and recommendations, which was very helpful and insightful to get input from locals as a first thing. I think it's super nice and vital. I highly recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location with many options around.

At night, the room was a bit chilly because there was no heater, but the rooms have A.C I didn't need it though. It was nice and cool during the day. The bed was a single bed, so it was a bit small. I could have asked for a room change, but I managed; that's on me. However, you can always ask, and Mr Luca is responsive.

Location of the hotel is absolutely amazing! Very close to basically everything (train station, bus station, restaurants; highly recommend pizza place downstairs, city landmarks etc). Super friendly staff ! unfortunately I couldn’t communicate well with Lady who check me in as I don’t speak Italian, but the other staff member was super caring, helpful, friendly and accommodating. He gave me great recommendations and even show me on the map the best places to take photos! I don’t know why people complaining on Wifi. It worked absolutely perfect. I managed to have video calls, answers email and do bit of work. My room was immaculate! Didn’t find any dust or dirt. It is not a luxurious place, but I felt so happy there. I would be happy to stay there again! AC worked well and wasn’t too noisy.

I really liked the location which was very close to everything with great access to the public transport and train to the airport. The accomodation itself was extremely clean and tidy. The communication was only in Italian, but we managed with positive attitude ;) Breakfast was nice and simple.

My room had the window above the restaurant kitchen which made it impossible to open during the evening/early night because of the smell. It is a very old house so you can hear everything from your neighbours.

I enjoyed staying in this traditionally furnished hotel. My room, and the bathroom, were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The owners, mother & son, are both charming. Neither of them speak English but the son & I communicated well through Google translate. He was friendly & helpful giving lots of suggestions in Cagliari. The hotel is on the main road of the marina & near the bus & train stations.

The hotel is quite nice! The location is nice and central and easy to reach. As they say in the description, the hotel is run by a family, which gives a really nice atmosphere, and gives a personal touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect 👍 Great location for sightseeing and a convenient transport connection to reach Poetto beach in 15 min by bus. Very friendly and helpful personnel provided with all the necessary information and stuff and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommended for such price!

The building itself is amazing! I so much fell in love with the style, with the gallery that the building is located in, with the architecture, with the old lift inside and beautiful stairs. I also love the view so much and the window itself - wooden frames that you need to open and then you get a see view right before your eyes! Also the room and the hotel style - wooden furniture, huge ceilings. Everything together I've felt like I've time traveled, and everything was just so atmospheric and aesthetic. And overall the room is very comfortable and has everything necessary.

It's kinda hard to find a hotel from the street - you dont see the sign right the way, and we made a few circles around, but its there, the entrance is from the main street, not from behind the building.

Extremely helpful and very kind host. After check-in we were provided with all the necessary information. You could say that there is a reception and tourist information in one place. Our room was clean and tidy. During our stay it was cleaned every day

Great view over the harbour. Close to transport and the town centre. A small family run hotel, very friendly and helpful and available most of the day.

Traffic noise was very noticeable if the window was open but sound proofing was very effective. Breakfast was coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe.

I loved the location but also the bedroom, and hotel atmosphere. Also nice to have a lift for suitcases! The staff / owners were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast in a nearby pastry shop is a nice touch too. Thank you!

I struggled with the lift at first, but then got it! Old school lift - amazing if you have suitcases.
