The breakfast is an italian breakfast in the bistro in the same building and it is an unique experience. We enjoyed it. Otherwise, we love some relax, but we also want to do sightseeing. For such kind of vacation, the location is perfect. Across the street is a bus stop with frequent buses to the beautiful Poetto beach. The old town with monuments and restaurants is just behind.The train station and supermarket are in the walking distance. Even a church is next door.

Traffic noise. If you live on the main street, there is noise. But, the windows of the room suppress the noise well so that the noise was not annoying.

Location was perfect! Kind, friendly service. Beautiful owner answer questions very quickly and really recommend this place to stay.

This accommodation was the best possible choice. Due to its location, using public transport was not very necessary. Getting to Cagliari from the airport is easy-peasy. The train departing directly from the airport takes you to the Central Station in about 8 minutes. From here the accomodation was about a 5 minute walk. The beach can be reached by bus. I recommend the local CTM app for route planner or buying tickets. 1 day ticket only € 3. Breakfast was included in the price of the reservation. To this, they added coupons that could be used at a cafe next door. The area is full of restaurants and shops, so dining is easy. The host lady was very kind and generous. She even gave me a good-bye present, -a box of local pastrie :) FYI-this time of the year there was not 24h reception. I had to call the host lady upon arrival. Use the phone number provided at the entrance sign and not the one given by Booking.com

Unfortunately there was no carpet in the single room so it was not very insulated. You had to use the air conditioner a lot to keep it warm. As they are now preparing for the season, I have often woken up to the noise of the maintenance works.

Geanina, the host, was very welcoming and an amazing person! She provided us with everything we needed! The rooms are located at the most central road of Cagliari, and you can walk easily to the most famous places around the city. Excellent bed and bathroom, made us feel like home!

Breakfast was very simple..2 croissant and 1 coffe or tea..I canceled a cheap hotel to have breakfast...I paid well for the breakfast..But it didtn worth it..i am dissapointed..
