Absolutely amazing … 3* with services, comfort, location and staff better than a lot 4 or 5* Nice room, great breakfast with not a lot of options but with great coffee, bread, fruit, eggs, meat, cheese, nuts .. everything fresh and everything you need. You want to rent s car? No worries they will do everything for you! You want to call taxi? No worries You want any advice? No worries Do you need anything? Just ask and absolutely professional and helpful staff will try their best That is my experience with Aristeo

Size and style of room was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. All staff were pleasant. No specific parking so we found a covered parking in the viale regina margharita where we could leave the car overnight and it would be good to indicate this to this to people

Security was an issue. Anyone can use the lift and go up to any of the floors without going by reception and for this reason i would not use tye hotel again ir recommend it to single women travellers

The room was very spacious, well decorated and renovated. The breakfast was very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The photos (for the side sea view room) presented here are not reflecting the rooms that are on the upper floor.The windows are not as big as in the photos and the side sea view can only be seen if you lean out of the window. The staff was very kind and did their best to offer us other available rooms though. Eventually we stayed in our room since it was bigger and quieter than the rooms offered.

Modern and clean hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, the bathroom well equipped, and everything seemed brand new. Comfy big bed. The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the centre, port, and train station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall great stay and I would definitely return.

The breakfast area is really beautiful with a port view, however it's rather on the small side. No vegetables apart from tomatoes, which were also missing on one occasion, so no vegetables on that morning.

The location is great. I had a Seaview room on the 6th floor. Very nice view of the harbour and seeing alot of planes come in and out from Cagliari. It's very noisy with the windows open but it's part of it. Alot of restaurants near by. Very easy walk and close to St. Remy, the old town area and the shopping street. A pizza place, a small cafe and a very good Gelateria Peter Pan below the hotel. A trendy pizza / burger restaurant NEXT just above the staircase near the hotel. The staffs are very helpful, happy and patience. Room are very spacious and the communication before my arrival was good and on time. The breakfast is very simple but good simple setting. The staffs there are very good. They provide beach towels and umbrella. A easy taxi ride about 10 to 15 mins to the city beach Poetto with alot of good restaurants with sunbeds for rent. But you can also find a part of the beach to just put a towel on the sand. It's a long beach around 7km. White sand and clear water.

Everything: great location in the Marina district. Surrounded by wonderful food. Great bed, wonderful shower, superb aircon, breakfast was varied and substantial. Coffee excellent at your request. Reception excelled at all requests. Helpful to the extreme Umbrellas, towels, taxis, room service. Cleaners are super accommodating. The hotel smells clean and fresh always. Can’t be faulted.

I can’t find enough superlatives to describe it.

The location is great, very close to the center and to the sea as well. The rooms although small but well-maintained, the staff are very friendly and try to help as they can. Don’t expect a huge hearty breakfast, we are in Italy and here you can expect typical italian breakfast, which was also very good : fresh homemade cakes and local sweets, yoghurt, cereals, fruits, breads, cheeses and cold cuts. All very local and fresh. The coffee was good too!overall it is a good value for money hotel and i would totally recommend

Nothing to complain really

Hotel was lovely and clean the staff were very friendly. Location was great. Very close to the Airport. Plenty of restaurants close by. The Marina is just across and lovely area to walk

Hotel is located on 3rd floor of the building. Only small reception area.Breakfast is basic also you pay extra for the orange juice🤔. No water left in your room only what is in the mini bar at extra cost.No shared lounge/TV. No bar as advertised 🤔.Also you have to take a bus to nearest beach about 5km away and not 1.2miles as advertised. Overall a little expensive

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Upon our arrival, they took the time to guide us on how to explore Cagliari in the best way, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel room was spacious and offered great value for money. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options that exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast was ok, although service, particularly of coffee could have been quicker. My birthday surprise !!

Although this was no ones fault, the door to our balcony was broken and could not be repaired - we had to wedge it slightly open to get fresh air . I'm afraid neither of us liked the mattress or pillows. I think they were memory foam but neither were very 'breathable' and did cause discomfort over night
