Staff were amazing. The service was exceptional and they assisted us with our luggage because you cannot get within 200+ metres of the property sue to road world where they have had to stop because of ruins found. Parking is across the main road (not difficult to reach) but parking meter stations only take coins but trying to find one that works can be a pain. Artwork interesting and quirky. Lovely 1870 building with harbour views. Bed was comfy. Sangria night was most enjoyable, thank you for your wonderful hospitality, great boutique Hotel and staff.
No fault of the Hotel but our aircon didn’t work which they knew at check-in having tried to arrange for repair company to fix but didn’t turn up so offered to help us find another Hotel or accept the room with a discount. They put a mobile fan in the room. Fantastic problem solving.

Quirky art everywhere, good bedroom / suite size. Great position, very central for everything
Crampt breakfast room, often squeezing past other guests. Key to the lift didn't work so had to walk three flights of steps to hotel entrance

The pluses are the accommodations, staff and location.This is a lovely hotel to stay in. Staff are attentive and service is excellent. The room was chic and nice and the bed comfy.
Small minus point is that it was a bit pricey for what they offer.

Professional personnel who know how to take care of their guests. Magnificent interior, it’s an oases I the middle of everything. Morning and breakfast was top notch and the view is marvelous. Great support bring pizza from local restaurant and had an excellent dinner with chandelier even if the Covid try it best,, did this bite with staff turn the staying become an memory to remember.

-Very friendly and helpful staff. -Simple but good breakfest more bakery stuff. -Hotel stylish. -Location very good.
-Rooms a bit small for longer staying guests.( For 2 pers.bit narrow the rooms we had) -Bed was not very comfortable but ok. -Elevator only for luggage, climb to the 3rd floor needed. -Price a bit high maybe due to the high-season.
